A 2 'drive from the famous village of Uzès, known for being one of the most beautiful markets in France, the town of Arpaillargues is a small town typically Provencal stone houses. Our villa is located in a small subdivision out of sight but nevertheless easy to access. Surrounded by an olive grove and a lush private garden, the ground floor villa with its annex pavilion is tastefully decorated in a style that is both contemporary but respects the spirit of the south. It offers 4 bedrooms, including a studio a large living room with dining room and an open kitchen overlooking a terrace with a BBQ. A large swimming pool of 8-4 meters with its deck chairs completes the property.

Agréable séjour à 2 pas d’Uzès

La maison est bien située et dispose d’un bel extérieur sans vis à vis. Elle est bien équipée. Nous y avons passé 2 semaines agréables.

aangenaam verblijf

Zeer leuk verblijf, contact met eigenaar en sleutelbewaarder verliep heel vlotjes en was zeer aangenaam. Het huis was niet proper als wij toekwamen, maar dat komt misschien omdat wij veel vroeger dan voorzien toegekomen zijn... Een kleine poetsbeurt later en onze vakantie kon beginnen. Alles aanwezig, toffe locatie, fantastisch wijndomein op 200m (zeker de moeite om te gaan degusteren), dorpje Uzès is ongelooflijk aangenaam om te bezoeken, zowel overdag als 's avonds. Bedankt!

Charmantes und angenehmes Haus mit Pool in der Nähe von Uzes

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach und er war sehr freundlich. Der Verwalter erwartete uns zum Check in- er war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und angenehm ausgestattet. Wir haben uns dort wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle erdenklichen Küchenutensilien waren vorhanden. Eine Klimaanlage gab es nicht, dafür Ventilatoren für alle 3 Schlafzimmer. Es gab einen schönen Essbereich mit Grill auf der Terrasse. Der Pool war sehr angenehm. Allerdings ist eine relativ frequentierte Landstraße nur ca. geschätzte 50-100 m entfernt. Dies hat unsere Entspannung etwas gemindert. Der Hahn und die Hunde des Nachbarn haben uns nicht gestört. Es ist schwierig, das Grundstück fussläufig zu verlassen, da es an der Landstraße keine Fußwege gibt. Ein Museum für antikes Spielzeug ist nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt, ebenso ist die schöne Stadt Uzes max 5 min entfernt. Nimes ist in ca. 30 min erreichbar. Wir haben den Standort für Ausflüge an die Ardeche und in die Camargue genutzt, jeweils ca. 1 - 1.15h mit dem Auto erreichbar. Einen Wochenpreis von über 2000€ im August 2022 fanden wir jedoch insgesamt im Vergleich zu anderen Häusern ( auch in Frankreich) für zu hoch angesetzt. Wir hatten insgesamt eine schöne Zeit und bedanken uns, dass wir hier eine Woche wohnen konnten.

Très bon séjour

Superbe location Quelque petite chose à revoir concernant la porte d'entrée et salle de bain qui sont difficile à fermer beaucoup de fourmies entre dans la maison et sur la terrasse sont un calvaire. Nous avons passer un agréable séjour au calme piscine au top et de belle sieste à l'ombre des arbres
