Large house, 190m2, in the countryside that can accommodate 12/15 people, enclosed grounds, between Morbihan and Finistère. Complete equipment, with garden furniture, rollers and outdoor cushions, BBQ. Located at the exit of Mellac, 20 minutes from Lorient (Interceltic festival), 8 minutes from Quimperlé and its TGV station, only 20 minutes from the beaches!
Ideal for holidays with family or friends.
Lawn areas equipped for outdoor sports activities: football goals, volleyball net, badminton net with racket and shuttlecocks, rugby ball, archery (suction arrows), Finnish skittles, Breton pucks ...
