Cocoonr agency offers you to rent, in Bordeaux, this splendid flat located in a 19ᵉ century stone building, right in the heart of the Saint-Michel district. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor, with a superificie of 70 m² and able to accommodate up to 5 people, it consists of a beautiful living room, a fitted kitchen, two parental suites, a separate toilet and a terrace. 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A sitting area with sofa bed, coffee table, armchairs and TV
- Dining area with table and chairs
- Open-plan kitchen with fridge-freezer, induction hob, multifunction oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, etc.
- Master suite 1 with double bed (140x190), wardrobe and bathroom with shower and WC
- Master suite 2 with double bed (140x190), wardrobe and en-suite shower room
- Separate WC

Outside :
- 25 m² terrace out of sight to enjoy the delights of Bordeaux.

The flat is ideally located in Bordeaux, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Area and activities :
- Close to the city centre, in the St-Michel district
- Within walking distance of all shops and transport links
- A few steps from St-Michel Basilica and the famous Capucins market
- Bordeaux's hyper-centre is an 8-minute walk away, as is the heart of the Saint-Michel district, with all its restaurants, cafés, shops, etc.

Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the public pay car park 20 m away (Les Capucins).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Bordeaux train station, about 6 minutes by car (1.5 km)
- Nearest airport: Bordeaux airport, about 28 min by car (23.7 km)
- Tramway B (‘Victoire’ stop) is a 4-minute walk away, taking you to Place du Grand Théâtre (hypercentre) in 5 minutes, and direct to the Cité du Vin in 15 minutes.
- It is also possible to park in the street, but spaces are at a premium and there is a charge (except at night between 7pm and 9am, on Sundays and public holidays).
- Vcub station 100m away, e1.60 for 24 hours.

Wonderful apartment in Bordeaux

The apartment is very well equipped and furnished for 2 couples, and the outdoor terrace is a fantastic place to enjoy a late afternoon glass of wine. Very quiet at night. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The location was in a multicultural area, close to the Mercato and a comfortable walk to both the train station and the old town. We really enjoyed our stay at Les Halles.

Wonderful location.

Wonderful little apartment above an excellent pizza shop and right next to a super fun market. Walking distance to the river front and all the restaurants you may need. Apartment was very clean. Lily met us with the keys. She was so sweet. Had a couple questions and she replied immediately. Check out was super easy. We left right on time and Lily was there with a smile to wish us a happy journey. Def recommend this place and will keep in my favorites to stay again. Oh, and lots of dishes and glasses to use so eating in was easy!!

Les Halles "Great location, just a few snafu's with internet, washer and checking in. 🙂 We liked the location and the apartment was clean, and the beds were comfortable 🙁 The guy who checked us in, spent 2 mins with me, he was very rushed. He pretty much threw me the keys and left. The washer didn't work, which was frustrating and the internet. We could connect to it. I tried messaging the guy and he was no help. He said he knew nothing about it. Pretty frustrating. Also the lawn chairs outside were pretty gross, those should really be replaced."

Nice apartment but not desirable area

Cute apartment. It is supposed to sleep 6 but we only had 2 wine glasses of different sizes. The apartment needed a good inspection by management. The dining room chairs had loose legs. The outdoor furniture had torn cushions. We both have Nespresso machines and we know bitter coffee means it must be descaled. The coffee was so bitter we could not use it. The apartment is on a small square that is a major thorough fare in the neighbourhood and is very noisy. The description says it is 8 minutes from the market but in reality it is 8 seconds to the back door of the market so staring at 4:30 in the morning we are awaken by the unloading of trucks and loud voices. We needed to sleep with the windows closed because of the noise but it was warm and we couldn't find the remote for the A/C. The gentleman who meet us to check us in seemed total uninterested to be there.

Les Halles "Great apartment that can use just a little improvements. Location OK but seems not safe at night. 🙂 Good apartment. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one whole bathroom in one bedroom, the other bedroom has a shower and a sink but the restroom without a sink is in the hallway), kitchen (enough dishes and cookware), great patio. Clean. Close to the shops and tram stop. 🙁 However, some improvements would be welcome. There are no floor mats in the bathrooms, no broom, nor vacuum cleaner, nor mop. Impossible to clean anything. Also, it would be nice if they had some hooks in the bathrooms. Not enough dishwasher tablets nor toilet paper - had to buy. Only one kitchen towel. Location is OK but not the best - it is very close to the big farmers market, a lot of small stores , and a couple of medium size supermarkets, however, the area doesn’t look safe in the evening. A lot of homeless people, and every evening the group of young people (mostly black men) are hanging out near the farmers market, a lot of graffiti on the walls."

Bus und Bahn direkt im Umfeld, vieles ist jedoch auch fussläufig prima möglich. Die Markthalle und auch ein Carrefour ist direkt vor der Haustüre, was uns gut gefallen hat. Parkmöglichkeit im Parkhaus gegenüber, ist zudem preiswerter als an der Straße. 🙁 Das Viertel ist etwas ärmer. Wir haben uns jedoch zu keiner Zeit unwohl oder bedroht gefühlt."

Gut sortierter Supermarkt ums Eck und Straßenbahn/Bahnhof in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. 🙁 Beide Schlafzimmer sind zum Platz vor der Markthalle ausgerichtet. Bei offenem Fenster schlafen kann laut werden (keine Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern)."

Les Halles "Magnifique appartement très bien équipé et très bien situé 🙂 Magnifique appartement avec beaucoup de cachet. Lits très confortables, et aménagement au top. Il ne manqué absolument rien. L’emplacement est très central pour visiter Bordeaux. Magnique terrasse. 🙁 Les fenêtres sont insonorisées donc on entend rien ce qui est bien mais si on les ouvre la place est bruyante."
