Gite 6p. with SWIMMING POOL in nature, in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes
Come relax in this former family farm from 1895,
located in the countryside Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes,
with heated and covered swimming pool (late April / late September or more depending on weather).
House without close neighbors, surrounded by large meadows, quiet and peaceful place.
A second cottage is offered for rent.
THE SWIMMING POOL:
You will enjoy the swimming pool heated by a heat pump from May to the end of September!
It is covered by a low sliding shelter, possibility of bathing under the shelter.
Private pool with 2 cottages; not shared with the owners,
10 x 5m with 3 steps of different depth (approximately: 1m, 1m20 and 1m60)
It is secure, lockable shelter, all-around gates, house access door that lock + lock
The shelter slides easily
ACTIVITIES AND TOURISM:
You will appreciate the calm and the nature of this place; with meadows all around.
Marked hiking trails from the cottage and forests.
Cottage on the farm, you can admire animals: sheep, cats, chickens ....
Many activities are to discover in the region:
ski 45 minutes, castles,
nautical base on the banks of the Loire,
Forez flight, summer ski resort ....
Small private pond for fishing on site.
3 ski resorts 45 minutes away: Chalmazel ski resort (16 ski slopes),
Col de la Loge station, station of La Loge des Gardes.
Possibility of tobogganing in the meadows all around the cottage according to snow.

Gites located at 42260 St Martin la Sauveté, in medium mountain at 740m altitude, in the Loire, between Auvergne and Rhône-Alpes
1h15 from Lyon, 1h from Clermont, Vichy and St Etienne
Small shops at 3km, supermarkets at 15 km.
Highway exits 15km.

Very well equipped, you will find all the necessary comfort:
baby equipment, washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, microwave, barbecue, plancha, raclette, games, TV, DVD, wifi, parasol, deckchairs, porch, closed terraces, yard, parking .....
Italian shower
Sheets are provided (beds not made).
The cottage is labeled 3 ears 'cottage of France' and 3 stars
