Family house in a large garden located 6 minutes from Vannes and 8 minutes from Auray. Quiet and only 23 km from Carnac and Trinité-sur-Mer and 12 minutes from the Gulf beaches. Pool and Spa Jacuzzi on south-facing terrace. The house includes a bedroom on the ground floor, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and bath, separate WC, 3 bedrooms upstairs, one with sink and WC, a large dining room and American kitchen fully equipped and a large living room.
