Appartement très lumineux, et spacieux. Séjour très agréable dans l'ensemble. Il manque un peu de vaisselle. Il y a un lave vaisselle mais vu qu'il manque des casseroles (il n'y en a qu'une grande) ... il serait bien de mettre un service à raclette aussi. Et petit bémol sur l'annonce préciser qu'il y a beaucoup de marches à monter. Surtout si on a une personne à mobilité réduite. Tout le reste est top. Merci pour ce séjour

les - manque de vaisselle ce qui oblige à faire fonctionner le lave vaisselle à chaque repaset horaire de sortie un peu trop tôt

Appartement décevant

Ménage catastrophique, équipement moyen, aucun retour de la conciergerie. Je ne conseillerai pas ce logement !

Appartement conforme pour le prix. Positif : le prix et les équipements (lave vaisselle, linge, seche linge....). Proxy juste à côté. Négatif : Ménage superficiel, appartement peu occupé et çà se voit. Manque des portes pour les salles de douches. Aucun porte-manteau, repose serviette rudimentaire.

location ne correspondant pas a l'annonce

dans l'annonce il n’était pas précisé que la location était au deuxième étage,et qu'il y avait plusieurs locations dans l’immeuble.il devait y avoir une place de parking,mais comme c’était dans la rue,ça a était très complique pour en trouver une.a l’intérieur il manquait pas mal de choses au niveau cuisine.

Très bien accueilli à notre arrivée. Appartement décoré avec goût et heureusement car pour le reste beaucoup de choses à revoir. Déjà la télé n'est pas par satellite comme nommé dans l'annonce ensuite dans chaque pièces il y a des prises qui ne fonctionnent pas, des interrupteurs reliés à rien, la literie est déplorable, trop peu de vaisselle etc etc. Mon ressenti est que pour encaisser les loyers là il y a du monde mais pour réinvestir il n'y a plus personne. C'est dommage car l'appartement a du potentiel et pourrait être super agréable.

Appartement à Luzenac

L’appartement est bien, mais la cuisine sous-équipée. 1 seule casserole, 1 fait-tout et seulement 7 couverts dans un appart pour 7 personnes c’est trop peu. De même, une cafetière trop petite au vu du nombre de locataires. Un + pour les jeux d’enfants et jeu de carte, c’est sympa d’avoir ça dans la loc. Et c’est agréable d’être accueille par quelqu’un (et non de trouver les clés dans un boîtier près de la porte comme ça se fait de plus en plus !).
