Charmande house with small private garden
House dedicated to family stays preferably. We will not welcome groups of friends to organize parties or festive events due to respect for the neighborhood and property.
A deposit of 800 euros will be requested on arrival when handing over the keys by check for French people or in cash for foreigners.
In a small village 30 'from Paris, 15' walk from the RER D (Paris Châtelet les Halles in 30 ') Charming stone house comprising: Living room with fireplace opening onto a small private garden, kitchen. Upstairs: a landing with lots of storage space, a separate wc, a bathroom with bath-shower, double sink and wc, a bedroom with wardrobe and a desk. On the 2nd level, a landing with office space and 2 bedrooms with cupboards and storage.
About 45 minutes from Disney Land Paris by car
15 minutes from Evry and Carré Sénart shopping centers by car
