Very recent villa with heated pool and secure near the beach of Morgat and shops.
Composed of a living room kitchen very functional, the house has 4 bedrooms, 2 at level 1 and 2 at level 2.
Bedroom 1 is composed of a bathroom with WC and a dressing room. Double bed 160x200
Bedroom 2 is composed of 3 beds including 2 bunk (possibility to add a cot).
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are each equipped with a bathroom with shower. Double bed 160x200 in each of them.
The house has 3 toilets: 2 on level 1 and 1 on level 2.
Bed, bath and kitchen linen are provided.
The garden is equipped with a garden furniture, a parasol, an electric barbecue and a lounge.
The pool is secured with an alarm when it is opened by a bar cover system that is asked to install after use of the pool.

A beautiful modern house in Brittany

The accommodation was first class and came into its own on the couple of days that we had heavy rain . Lots of space ,light and a superb kitchen ! The house managers went the extra mile meeting us in a nearby village when the ferry had been delayed and we were running 2 hours late . We have stayed in many houses in France for our holidays and this house usurped them all . I would highly recommend this property .
