Gîte 2 to 10 travellers + private SPA + swimming pool in season

It is in the heart of the Tarn et Garonne region of Quercy in the south-west of France that the cottage welcomes you all year round.
Built in Quercy stone, it can accommodate up to 10 travellers.

- On the ground floor,
a large living room (with kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave and washing machine in the laundry room),
a living room (TV, Wi-Fi connection, double sofa and coffee table, and double curtains)
Direct access to the terrace,
1 bathroom (shower, double sink, WC, with 1 towel dryer
A bedroom with double bed (direct access to the outside) with 1 electric radiator.
1 central pellet stove,

You also have 4 single beds stored in the laundry room with the dryer and storage shelves.
The 4 beds are to be arranged according to your choice. We can put them in each of the 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 others on the ground floor in the dormitory.
The dormitory is separated by a curtain.

- Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with double beds, WC, bathroom (double sink + shower)

A private jacuzzi will welcome you, on the terrace at the back outside, isolated from any prying eyes, embedded in the wooden floor.

The swimming pool of the estate is open in summer, a few metres from the cottage
Outside the gîte there is the possibility of parking cars under cover.
