Ideally located in the historic district of Doutre, 2 steps from the hyper center of Angers, "La Cour" is a charming accommodation with a surface of 35 m2 located on the 1st floor of an old house dating from the 15th century .
It is reached by an external slate staircase of a few steps.
Our tenants are used to appreciating the calm of the place.
Parking is free in the surrounding area.
