Penthouse of 100 m2 with terrace of 45 m2 breathtaking view of the sea on the 4th and last floor of a residence with elevator leading directly to the living room, fully air-conditioned, wifi and garage of 75 m2 which can accommodate 2 vehicles and equipped with a toilet. Composed of an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ovens, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge) open onto a living room, 3 bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room and access to the terrace, 180x200 beds, a bathroom shower and separate wc. Town center and shops at 2 minutes, Collioure at 15 minutes, Spain at 30 minutes. Fish and shellfish restaurants at the foot of the building.
Port-Vendres is a marina, tourism and trade,
ideally located on the rocky coast, between Collioure and Banyuls sur mer.

One of the best properties we’ve stayed in. Amazing rooftop terrace with view of port. Good shaded section too. Excellent bus connections to lovely local beaches. Air conditioning worked well. Good cooking facilities with plenty of restaurants on the doorstep.Good area for runs and walks too. Small lift or stair access to apartments- steps down to port vendre promenade. Private garage very convenient.

Beautiful apartment, fantastic location

We had an amazing stay at the apartment. Beautiful surroundings and some lovely local restaurants. Our visit was spoilt a little by the fact that the lift broke down on our second day and the apartment is a PENTHOUSE so 4th floor. Having to climb many many stairs was difficult as well as having to take our luggage down all these floors. Unfortunately the lift was not fixed until after we left. Maybe a better service arrangement could be sourced.

Grande terrasse avec superbe vue

Très Bel appartement fonctionnel avec immense vue sur le port . Il y a même un petit ascenseur privatisé qui monte du parking de l’appartement à ce dernier ( mais assez lent , pas pour les claustrophobes !) car quelques marches à monter il est vrai …Super accueil , tout est bien orchestré par Emmanuelle . À recommander

Luxurious apartment with stunning terrace

Best bits – fantastic balcony views, well equipped and comfortable bed, private garage very useful. Great location – central without being overlooked, convenient for bakery, restaurants, bars etc but not too noisy. Port Vendres a good location if you want the coast experience but without the busyness and crowds of Collioure but within easy reach. Definitely recommend it. Only negative – Outside space really needed a clean before it could be used. We thought maybe it hadn't been used for a while so may not be an issue for others.. On the whole we loved our stay here and would definitely stay again, many thanks to Emmanuelle for her communication and help with arrival and departure.
