The well-equipped kitchen is open to the living room (oven, washing dish, american fridge, induction, washing machine, dryer, microwave).

In the living room, a comfortable sofa allow you to relax during the hot hours of the day. Free wifi in all house, work space on first floor.

IMPORTANT

Arrival from 16H, departure at 10H

The Following items/activities are NOT allowed:

- Be very careful about using the BBQ. Make sure there is no burners lit before leaving home or after use. Make sure to turn OFF Gas after cooking.
- Because of fire risk, use part North of the garden (on the forest pins) is not allowed.
- Please make sure to clean BBQ before Leaving – Leave it as you left it.
- Please do NOT take any linens or towels – they are to remain at the property.
- Even though Villa has great privacy, there are neighbours. Please keep noise down after dark and no loud parties.


Before your departure and out of respect for the cleaning team we ask you:

- To empty your trash and recycling.
- To empty the fridge and the dishwasher
- To clean the plancha.
- Leave place tidy where possible
