About this property

Villa Rita is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with tiles in the main living areas. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and serving up to 6 people. There is a TV with Internet/no cable in the living room but no Tvs in the bedrooms.
The Pool is heated by an electric heater and kept at a comfortable 86 degrees year round. The spa can be heated on demand to 102 degrees for sessions up to 4 hours at a time.
There is parking available in the garage for one car and more on uncovered on the driveway.

Well Appointed Pool Home

The home is located on a quiet neighborhood street. Pet friendly. We loved the pool area! We enjoyed our stay and it was a short drive to Hammond Stadium where our son played high school ball.

Relaxing Pool home

This home is exactly how presented. The pool and spa are terrific, and the location is great. One thing that was so great is the book of instructions/attractions that they leave for you. I've been going to Lehigh Acres for several years and found some great new things to do in the book. The book also lists restaurants and markets that are close. I will be booking again. Great place for vacation to relax.

House and property were very nice. The owner was responsive. There were no restaurants near by and 45 mins to an hour to the beach. Close to MN Twins and Boston Red Sox spring training.
