This Bradenton Beach rental makes an excellent location for an island getaway, with a location only a short walk from the beach- right across the street! You can enjoy a swim in the shared pool, or relax outside - the screened balcony offers a great view of the Gulf of Mexico beaches. The grounds also have a tennis court for fun and enjoyment.

This property's location places you in the heart of Brandon Beach and all its attractions. After a short drive north, you'll find bars, shops, and even the Bradenton Historic Pier, all only three minutes away. In addition, several other attractions can be found to make sure your stay is filled with fun and excitement! Take a drive across Cortez Bridge, and you'll find the Florida Maritime Museum. Feeling like bowling or catching a movie? The South Trail Village Shopping Center has you covered, and it's only six miles away!

Always a Great Holiday getaway!

Property is great and conveniently located so walking to restaurants and shopping and bars are just a short 5-6 minute walk! Beach is directly across the street! Great for all ages...however...#6 is on the 3rd floor...soo stairs! Its good exercise! Highly recommended!

Three Considerations for future guests

The unit is really 3 floors up with parking under the units so that means you will need to carry suitcases etc. up more steps than you might have anticipated. The availability of only 1 set of keys decreases the freedom for quests sharing a unit to go their separate ways (pool, beach or a walk). The pool have a ring of grime on the tiles at the water line.

Lousy unit in great location

The location is excellent and the beds are comfortable but the washer, dishwasher, smoke detectors and shower doors were broken. The screens on the outdoor porches have holes with patches. It needs serious fixing and updating.
