Welcome to Bayview Inn, Unit # 101 a lovely 1 bedroom/1bath condominium . Located in the heart of Bradenton Beach on Anna Maria Island. This condo will sleep 4 guests, stainless appliances and all the comfort and charm inside and out. There is a grill in the common area for outdoor cooking, heated pool and small community of only 4 condos. This is a little piece of paradise on the island, close to shopping, restaurants, ice cream or take the Free trolley and head anywhere you would like! You can walk to Historic Bridge Street!

Parking is limited to one vehicles.

Spring Fling

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A wonderful unit that we enjoy staying in every Spring. Perfect for a couple. Well furnished and great location. No driving necessary.

Great place, location with ease of getting around. Quiet neighborhood. Would totally rent again. Only complaint cleaning service really needs to scrub the floors GOOD once in a while. I get sand is an issue but your feet shouldn't be black within in minutes of being there.

It was quite noisy with the neighbors above us, can hear them walking and banging around made it difficult to sleep. There was only 1 role of TP, would have been nice if there were extra. Floors were not very clean, be sure to wear slippers or shoes. On a positive note the location was excellent as restaurants and dining within walking distance. The beach was very easy and accessible to get to!

Parents getaway

Location, location, location. Everything was wonderful with our stay. Property had the total setup for the beach (again just my husband and me) with chairs, towels and umbrella, kitchen accommodations for planning meals at home, laundry units to allow for a light packing, and outdoor patio for morning cups of coffee before venturing out. Walking distance was perfect to all activities (free trolley just down the street, beach 4 minute walk, various restaurants all around, and a cute boutique/beachy shopping street. Once the trolley system was figured out, which was easy, we navigated the island daily (grocery store, workout facility - Holmes beach area). The neighbors were lovely - a bonus. We are planning to come back next year with the whole family. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!
