A Palmetto Dunes Villa, this two-story 3-bedroom home accommodates up to eight guests. Through the private entryway, guests can start their rest and relaxation in the comfort of this open floor plan home. Located just a mile from Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickleball Center, guests will also have access to three unique golf courses, private beach access, and multiple shops and restaurants to explore.

As you enter the home, a few steps lead guests into the gathering area, set up with a sleep sofa and two swivel chairs. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and plenty of storage. The dining area is set up with a table to accommodate up to 8 guests. The in-home laundry units can be found in the hall closet.

The master bedroom is on the main floor at the front of the villa, furnished with a bedroom, seating area and flat screen TV. The ensuite bathroom contains a frameless walk-in shower and single-sink vanity. Up the hardwood stairs, guests will find the two additional bedrooms. The first guest room is furnished with a queen bed and set of twin-over-twin bunk beds. The ensuite bathroom features a shower and tub combination with a vanity. The last bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and windows overlooking the community pool. The ensuite bathroom is outfitted with a frameless walk-in shower and single-sink vanity.

Guests who enjoy the outdoors will love the deck, with entrance from the glass sliding doors in the living room. Equipped with a patio table and four chairs, guests have a wonderful view of the community pool. Guests have access to all the indoor and outdoor amenities Palmetto Dunes has to offer, in addition to seasonal complimentary Palmetto Dunes Buggy transportation vehicles, and bike paths that run beneath the Spanish moss and oak trees. Palmetto Dunes Plantation is adjacent to Shelter Cove, where guests can enjoy a wide variety of restaurants, shops, marina, and entertainment.

Worked great for us and our guests.The furniture arrangement is not aligned with the television - so we rearranged and put it back prior to leaving.Adequate space throughout .The upstairs needs an upgrade to match the rest of the property., at least a thorough carpet cleaning.Would rent again

This was a beautiful condo, perfectly equipped to guarantee that our stay would be delightful. The grandchildren loved that the pool was just off the back deck. The beach was a short drive away. We'd love to stay here again!!

Nice, clean and convenient

We stayed for a couple of day, the place was super clean, the stores were close but yet you felt like you were away on a secluded place. There is a pool super close, and there is bien and walking trails. Really recomend to stay here.

Great Location

This villa is located right next to a large pool and is just a few minutes drive or a beautiful bike ride to the beach. We appreciated the three full bathrooms attached to each bedroom. Having beach towels provided was a plus.

Great property. We’ll stocked. Very clean and nicely updated. It is e farthest we stayed from the beach but what’s an extra minute or two on the bike. Would definitely stay again.

Memorial Trip

We were very pleased with our stay at this property. We were in town for a family memorial service and the location of the villa put us in the center of where we needed to be. The kitchen could use more cooking utensils but we made do with what we had available. Quiet location. Would stay again.

Beautiful and comfortable

Rooms are large and comfortably furnished. The premises are spotless inside and out. I especially appreciated the hose near the entrance so that I could rinse off my bike and my guests and myself could clean our sandy feet!

Great condo!

We had a great experience at this property. Property management was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Very clean and great for our group size- 3 adults and 5 teenage girls traveling for our Girl Scout trip. The only reason a 4/5 is because when we went to use the grill, the igniter did not work. Also, the outlets in the bathrooms did not work. The property manager offered a maintenance technician to come out the next day, but our stay was less than a week so we just used the outlets in the bedrooms and grilled the food stovetop as we couldn’t wait to use the food the following day. Overall, great property and we had an excellent stay!

Great family vacation trip!

Super easy to locate, ample parking and could not beat how easy it was to get to the pool (literally right behind our unit)! This location was great for our family (parents, grandparents and a 1 year old) to spend our first vacation since the pandemic began. My only gripe was that the upstairs bedroom with bunk beds could not close the blinds fully as the top bunk partially blocks the window. Not ideal for our sleeping toddler but we made it work! We'd definitely be willing to stay here again.

Turnberry 245

This was a delightful property. It was perfect for our family vacation. The rooms were spacious and nicely appointed. The fully equipped kitchen was easy to use. Right by the pool. And an easy bike ride to the Dunes beach access! The only thing a little disappointing was the deck. It needs a good power wash. But we will definitely stay here again!

Nice property

Overall liked the unit. The kitchen had been redone and was very nice. Baths were nice too. Furniture left a lot to be desired as there was no coffee table and two chairs with no table in between. Little to no outlets accessible in one bedroom upstairs. Mattresses very comfortable. The light was out in one of the baths upstairs. Long hairs on floor and on side of tub. These were cleaning issues that should be addressed. Not the owners fault. I don't know how you properly clean the bath with the major light not working. Other hairs in kitchen on counter and sink. We called and they did come out the next day to fix the light and clean more. Unit did not smell clean when we entered. We liked the unit and would consider renting again if issues are addressed.

Palmetto Dunes Condo

The condo was a good set-up for our group. The bedrooms are comforable and the bathrooms are nice. There were plenty of towels and beach towels. The kitchen was equipped enough for the small amount of cooking we did - although it does need a new kettle (the interior finish of the current kettle is peeling). We also noticed a weak spot at the top of the first set of stairs - the floorboard sags when stepped on with any weight. The disappointing part of our visit was that construction in the unit next door was ongoing during the weekdays, 8:30 am to 6 pm. We couldn't sit outside on the deck and the pathway to the pool was the workspace where the workmen used their power tools. We could not hear each other in the living room with the sliding door open. The day after we arrived I called the rental company (Coastal Vacations) to ask why we had not been informed that construction would be ongoing during our stay and whether we would be compensated. The reply I received was that the construction was scheduled by the HOA and so they would ask how close they were to finishing and whether the workmen could be moved to another job for the duration of our stay. The next two days were the weekend and we were able to enjoy the use of the deck. However, on Monday morning, the workmen returned, but finished some time during the day. We were there for 6 days and were able to use the deck and sit outside for only 3 of them. No compensation was offered.

Poor communication management along with our the application

The keycode was never provided in the App. Several of us reviewed the app. We had trouble even figuring out who to call. It took us about 30 minutes to get it figured out. They finally answered on the 2nd call and she was not very friendly telling us if she could hang up she could help us sooner. Then the code that she set up didn’t end of working so we had to reach out to her again to get it reset. The HVAC system quit working. They did fix the AC on the same which we were thankful for.
