Large detached chalet of 130m2, 980m above sea level, located in the heart of the Beaufortain massif, in a small typical Savoyard hamlet on a mountainside and facing south.
You are 5 minutes by car from the village of Beaufort, 10 minutes walk by a small path, village famous for its cheese. You will find there all the shops.

The chalet is located between three beautiful resorts:
- Arêches-Beaufort, 8 km with 50 km of slopes. Possibility to go there by free shuttle from Beaufort.
- Hauteluce Les Saisies, Diamond Space at 7 km and 190 km of slopes.
- Hauteluce - Contamines Montjoie by Belleville, 9 km with 120 km of slopes.
In all of its resorts, you will find all activities related to the practice of winter sports:
- Alpine Skiing, Nordic Skiing, Joëring Skiing, ski touring, snowshoeing, sledge dogs, snowmobiles, tobogganing, etc.
or summer .... walk from the cottage for many hikes in the Beaufortain. without forgetting the many restaurants, bars, pubs, a bowling alley, an aqua sports center, a spa and many outdoor activities for children such as outdoor pool with slide, tree climbing etc ....
In summer, the Beaufortain is renowned for its countless hikes for all, its lakes, its magnificent landscapes with Mont Blanc as a backdrop.
The owner, a child of the village and having worked for the Beaufortain trails, proposes to make you discover the many paths of crossings with breathtaking views. You may be lucky enough to see marmots, deer, roe deer, deer or even ibexes at a bend in the road: (for good walkers! )

Housing :
The chalet is on two levels and consists of:
- 3 bedrooms - double beds - with wardrobes and wardrobes

One of the bedrooms can be converted into two single beds 90X200.
