Completely renovated apartment on the 1st floor of a 1970s villa - 135 m2 - very quiet

- East side: view of garden and sea
- West side, view on vineyard and mountain

Living room with television and WIFI access.
4 bedrooms for 8 sleeps: 2 bedrooms with 140 cm bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 90 cm beds (3 bedrooms with sea and garden view, direct access from the terrace), 1 bedroom, balcony and mountain view
Option: 1 double room on request (+ 150 € / week)
+ large fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob) opening onto balcony + bathroom with washing machine + WC, and separate WC.

Access to the village and to the shops (3 km) by RN 200 or cycle path.
Restaurant farm inn 'l'Ecurie' at 100 m.
Tennis and Camping with entertainment, pedal boat rental 150m away;
 Horse riding at 7 KM.
Nautical activities (Canoe-Kayak, Stand up Paddle) at 1km.
