Accessed on one level by the park, in a cherry red atmosphere, the comfort of this gîte is made up of:

A sleeping area: two single beds on the mezzanine and a double bed below.
A dining area: a wooden table with 4 chairs and an equipped American kitchen.
A toilet area: a shower room and wc.
The cottage has reversible air conditioning and free wifi access.

In season, deckchairs and a large patio table are reserved for you facing south.

A gas barbecue and a large teak table also await you at the back of the Bastide, under a canopy of vegetation much appreciated in the summer season.

The gîte "Les Cerisiers" faces East - South - West.

The proximity of the river brings natural freshness at night.

The park has a large parking area.







Welcome to the Bastide du Maoupas
For your tourism in Provence Côte d'Azur, in the south of the Var department (83), the Bastide du Maoupas is located on the outskirts of the charming Provencal village "Belgentier", near the beaches of Hyères, the Iles d'Or (Porquerolles, Port Cros, Le Levant), Toulon and its harbor, Bormes les Mimosas and the Fort de Brégançon, Saint Tropez and its bay but also the Gorges du Verdon and the famous village of Moustiers Sainte Marie.

In the Vallée du Gapeau, Belgentier was already a well-known village frequented at the time by Louis XIV and his Musketeers.

By the sea, you will find pretty coastal paths.

Located in the middle of the Gapeau Valley, the Bastide du Maoupas is a stopover place for hiking enthusiasts. It should be remembered that Belgentier is the crossing point for 2 GR (long distance hiking trails) namely the GR9 and GR51.

Cycle paths are planned between Bormes les Mimosas and Pradet.

Whatever your means of transport, the Var offers you magnificent walks and many tourist sites to visit.
