Apartment located upstairs in a stone house.
Access by an external staircase with balcony overlooking the kitchen.
The kitchen is located in a tower with a mezzanine bedroom above (ideal for children) and gives access to a living room - dining room then the master bedroom and the bathroom.
Outside, you will benefit from a relaxation area with garden furniture and barbecue. The swimming pool and a playground for children are shared with 2 other rentals.
Linens can be provided on request at an additional cost.

Very Nice Apartment

This is a lovely quiet property away from it all. It is in an interesting area, with Plus Beaux Villages, La Dordogne plus Sarlat-la-Caneda so there is plenty to do and to see.

Great little apartment in a lovely location

Small apartment with just the right amount of room, well equipped. We all loved the swimming pool and location. Only very minor moan was lack of instructions on how to find the apartment, post code took us to a village a few miles away

Logement très bien localisé pour de nombreuses excursions. La piscine ouverte en avril a été très appréciée. La voiture se gare au pied de l'escalier. Nous avons déjà réservé pour l'année prochaine, c'est vous dire le bien que l'on pense de la location.

Eenvoudig en functioneel verblijf, maar alles wat men nodig heeft. Een prachtige setting in het familiebedrijf van Yannick en co. Rust, de prachtige Dordognestreek, op een kwartiertje van Sarlat en Lascaux. En een super zwembad! Belle location et belle région à découvrir .....

Accueil chaleureux et familial dans un cadre de vie magnifique avec en supplément, la piscine. Les principaux sites du Perrigord sont situés à proximité. Sarlat la Canédat se trouve à moins de 10min. Hôtes sympatiques et disponibles. Toute la famille est ravie de ces vacances .
