This is a beautiful house in a private gated community less than a block from the beach. The community is a family-friendly area with a great pool. The unit has a private balcony that looks directly onto the pool and a great patio area with a bbq for enjoying your vacation. This is a totally renovated house with all new EVERYTHING (furniture, appliances, washer/dryer, bbq, HD TVs, wifi, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, air conditioning, and so much more!!

Great comfortable place to stay. Would have liked to see some chairs on the upstairs deck, as was pictured in the listing, but that's not a deal breaker. Lorena was an excellent host, good communication. Place was spotless.Well stocked with paper towel, toilet paper, and dish soap as well as washing machine soap. Would stay again.

Wonderful townhome in a Great Community

We stayed for six weeks at this well appointed townhome in the Cerritos area. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the Golden Zone (big hotels) and we had such a relaxing and peaceful stay. It has a great patio that is only steps from the pool area. A 5 minute walk takes you to Cerritos Beach that is much less busy than others. With a wave, the bus stops right outside the front gates and operates frequently. Security is 24 hours and we always felt safe, both in the community and in the Cerritos area. But the real bonus was our host. She was always very responsive to us, and went out of her way to provide us with what she could! All in all, a 10 out of 10 experience.

This casa is just about as advertised. As mentioned in another review it was missing chairs of any kind on the upstairs deck.Both decks are on the south side of the house which is the side the sun tracks(at least this time of year)I'm not sure how much it would be used anyway.We never used the downstairs deck anyway, that does have chairs and a table.If you have mobility issues, this is not the place for you.The bedrooms and one bathroom are upstairs.The steps up are steep and are tile, so could be slippery.Make sure you have your FORTE card before you leave the complex.You need it to get in the walk in gate.Nice appliances and a 5 min. walk to the beach. We hope to go back next year.
