The villa is located in Trois Ilets, just before Pointe du Bout, on the Caribbean coast of Martinique.
With four air-conditioned double bedrooms, this magnificent villa with swimming pool can accommodate up to eight travelers. It is perfect for a stay with family or friends in Martinique.
This architect villa built in 2018 offers you all the necessary comfort for a perfect vacation.
The beach is 5 minutes walk.

A large, carefully decorated and fully open-plan living room opens onto a large terrace with swimming pool.

- 4 air-conditioned bedrooms: two on the ground floor and two upstairs. Two bedrooms with Queen size double beds (160 cm) and two bedrooms with two single beds.
- Private parking
At the exit of the airport, take the direction SAINTE-ANNE / LE MARIN and continue straight ahead. After about 12km, take the exit to TROIS-ILETS.

Continue straight ahead for 5.3km (watch out for the fixed radar). At the first roundabout, continue straight ahead. At the second roundabout, take the first exit towards LE BOURG / GOLF. Cross the village of Les Trois Îlets up to the next roundabout. At the roundabout, continue straight ahead. You'll drive by the golf course on your right.

At the next roundabout, take the first exit towards POINTE DU BOUT. After 1.6km, before the next roundabout, turn right into Rue du Fromager. It is a steep slope. Go down this slope and continue straight ahead. Stay on your left, and you will see a big villa with a pool. The villa Caouanne is just in front, continue until you see a dock on your left and the villa Caouanne will be just in front on your right.

The digicode for the electric gate is 0207.

MAISON CONFORME à l'annonce mais ...

Séjour agréable et maison bien située. Par contre, coupure d'eau de plus de 48h sans possibilité de se préparer les repas, de boire , d'aller aux toilettes et d'effectuer ses soins d'hygiène sur la fin du séjour et pas de proposition décente de la part du propriétaire à part des bidons qu'il fallait aller chercher le dernier jour (n'importe quoi) Dommage. Pas de VMC dans les pièces d'eau donc moisissures apparentes et vieillissement de la villa prématurée, murs abîmés çà aussi dommage par rapport au montant déboursé. J'attendais une meilleure prestation voire une compensation.

modern house in martinique well designed for outdoor living

We enjoyed our stay...the house is great! There were however several issues in the first few days ...the bbq was dirty, the coffee machine had not been cleaned properly , the safe had to be replaced, the door handle was broken and the pool alarm was not working when we arrived. This being said the concierge service was responsive and ensure most of the issues were fixed quickly. I think the property should have been better inspected prior to our arrival
