Apartment completely renovated (2018) 2 steps from downtown with air conditioning in each room.
Independent entrance on the ground floor (with secure parking space right in front of the accommodation): a 1st bedroom (1 double bed) with bathroom / shower; a corridor (with wc) then access to the living room with lounge and fully equipped American kitchen. A 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower and wc.
Each room has individual air conditioning and a flat screen TV. Wifi available free of charge.
From the living room you have access to a beautiful furnished terrace of 30 m2 ideal for having breakfast or an aperitif at the end of the day (lounge, parasol, armchairs, table and chairs).

We moved to a hotel for the final half of our stay.

The property is as described except that it is on a main road outside the old town. It was very noisy on the deck and if there was an open window. Plus you could hear the people above walking on the wooden floor at night and morning. This may not bother some people but I had emailed asking if it was quiet. We decided to cut our kisses and move to a quiet hotel room inside the old town.

Nice apartment but terrible smell

The apartment looked like the photos, although it was sparsely equipped. We had to pay extra for towels and sheets and put them on the bed ourselves. But the overriding issue was the horrible chemical smell that never dissipated. It was even in our clothes after we left. Other issues were the steep climb from the town center to the apartment, which was unexpected.; and the strange bathroom configuration in the second bedroom, (the water from a shower puddled at the toilet bowl), and no instructions on anything, such as where to bring the garbage. If the odor was gone, the apartment would be acceptable, but it was horrible.
