Beautiful large swimming pool reserved for Residents and Renters + Car Charging Station.

In the South Luberon, pretty 3 and a half room house with terrace and flower garden, planned for 4 to 5 people. Our house has integrated solar panels; it is located in a pretty tree-lined and secure Estate, with large swimming pool and tennis court reserved for residents of the condominium. Parking in front of the house. Village center: 0.5 km on foot. All basic shops: bakeries, pastry shops, butchers, fruit and vegetables, bars, cafes; several restaurants and a pizzeria. Pharmacy, doctor and dentist. Horse riding nearby. Golf nearby. Local market: every Saturday. At 4km: Mallemort with all shops (possonneries) and a large area. Close to the cities of culture: Avignon, Aix-en-Provence, Tarascon, Nîmes, Arles, St-Rémy, Aigue-Morte; typical Provencal villages like Ménerbes (famous for its truffle market), Bonnieux, Lacoste, Roussillon and its canions, Vaison-la-Romaine, Fontaine de Vaucluse, the Camargue. Seaside resorts and beach of Cassis, Carry-le-Rouet or Carro less than an hour away by car.

Provence base

Ideal base for visiting areas of Provence. Simple and relaxing accommodation with access to lovely clean shared pool. Unfortunately the tennis courts shown in the pictures were not accessible as belonged to a tennis club. Lovely garden area for sitting out and enjoying the sunshine.

the tennis is available and active for all the traveler ho have the location you only have to make a call to the governement of the city than they will give you the code of the tennis

Voortreffelijke vakantie in een charmant huisje

Het huisje staat in een domein met meerdere huizen maar je krijgt wel het gevoel individueel te verblijven. Zoek je een vakantiepark met animatie ben je hier aan het verkeerde adres. Hier ga je voor een solide uitvalsbasis om de regio te verkennen en kan je een gezellige plons maken in het gemeeschappijk zwembad, dat nagenoeg altijd leeg is. Verder is het zwembad net groot genoeg om baantjes te trekken (ca 18m lang). Het huisje biedt alle comfort (wasmachine, afwasmachine,…) maar lijkt wat gedateerd, wat ook zijn charme heeft. 2 slaapkamers zijn voldoende groot, de derde is eerder een bed dat op een mezanine gepropt is en geeft minder privacy. Je kan het meer met een gîte vergelijken. We hebben wel een zeer mooie vakantie gehad, rekening houdend met de beperkingen hierboven beschreven. De eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk en reageren onmiddellijk op je bericht. Ook de verantwoordelijke op het domein doet zijn uiterste best om je te helpen. Een aanrader in zijn prijs/ kwaliteitsklasse. Je gaat hier niet voor de grote luxe.

Vous décrivez avec une parfaite justesse et objectivité la situation et vous en remercions. En effet, notre but en louant notre maison, qui ne se prétend pas être luxueuse mais dispose d'un bon confort et d'un beau jardin fleuri, n'est pas de faire du profit, mais de permettre à une clientèle éprise de culture et d'histoire, à des locataires fans également de sport comme vous , d'aller, dans un réel cadre de vacances à la découverte de notre si belle région dans des bonnes conditions de location. Vacances sportives et lieux de découvertes

Maison et résidence agréable avec accès rapide au village. Ne pas hésiter à visiter ce dernier car derrière son aspect tranquille il révèle de bonnes surprises. Beaucoup de belles balades à faire à pied comme en voiture (pour les rando il vaut mieux être aguerris mais elles sont vraiment sympa à faire) . Les gorges de Régalon qui se trouvent à qq min en voiture offrent un dépaysement total. La maison très agréable permet de se reposer (manque peut-être un micro-ondes) reste bien équipée. La piscine géniale car peu de monde. Et pour monsieur Jeremy très sympa accueillant et de bon conseil. Voilà dommage, pour nous les vacances sont maintenant terminée, mais c avec de superbes souvenirs que nous sommes rentrés chez nous. 😊

Séjour agréable

Environnement calme, sécurisé et agréable. Le fait de disposer d’un parking est appréciable. Un placard pour la nourriture et une climatisation serait les bienvenus. Nous avons apprécié la piscine et le matériel mis à disposition. Merci pour ce séjour qui nous a permis de redécouvrir cette belle région.

Très bon séjour

Très content de notre séjour, maison bien équipée. Il manque juste la climatisation pour la mezzanine où nos enfants ont eu chaud la nuit. Domaine calme et piscine très agréable.
