CONFORTABLE MAIS BRUYANT

Les points positifs : confortable T2 situé en bordure du lac marin. Commerces à proximité. Tout peut se faire à pied ou à vélo. Très belles pistes cyclables. Les points négatifs : T2 donnant sur un parking donc très bruyant à tout heure du jour ou de la nuit, ce qui n'était pas indiqué dans l'annonce. La photo de l'annonce ne représente pas la situation géographique de l'appartement. Celui-ci se trouve derrière le jardin, côté parking.

Location très sales, cheveux dans les siphons de douche, appareils menagers gras , humidité et moisissures...bref le ménage n est pas fais correctement, juste en surface ...c était désagréable, je ne rejouerai plus cet appartement !!! Vraiment trop déçu pour un tel prix ..
