Effectivement en centre-ville à deux pas du Lac, de la plage et des commerces il y a quelques inconvénients comme une terrasse de restaurant qui amène le bruit des discussions. Le propriétaire du restaurant s'étant engagé à respecter le voisinage.
Je vais toutefois le stipuler dans l'annonce.
Au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau, peut-être dans un autre logement plus au calme.

Super accueil de mme Maillard, arrangeante.
L appartement est bien équipé, propre.
Tres bon emplacement, place de parking à l ombre, ascenseur, possibilités de tout faire à pied.
Seul bémol, l appart donne sur un resto et un bar où la soiree se termine tard et bruyamment.
