This bungalow is ideally located in a corner of the forest.

The bungalow for 4 persons has one floor, a large garden of 320 m², including flowers, a bicycle shed and two terraces with garden furniture.

On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge… This kitchen opens onto the spacious living-dining room, which includes a dining table, a sofa bed, two armchairs, a coffee table, a sideboard, and a flat screen TV.

The bungalow also has a modern bathroom with a shower, a sink with a mirror, a toilet, a radiator, a towel rack... Next to the bathroom, you will find a small closet with a vacuum cleaner, a clothes line with pegs and a cleaning set.

Upstairs are the two independent bedrooms, the first is a master bedroom with a double bed (160×200 cm) and a wardrobe and the second has two single beds (90×200 cm). These rooms and beds can be modulated if you are two couples or four separate people.

You will benefit from a pellet stove that will warm you up in winter or when the temperature drops. For your free time, the bungalow is located near many activities such as pedal boat, golf, walking, cycling, spa, beach volleyball, indoor / outdoor pool, laser game, kayaking ...

Lovely area, with more lovely neighbours

Managed well by the local representative, who looked after us and introduced us to neighbours that were very helpful. Plenty to see and do in the area, both walking and further afield.

Prachtige Vakantie 2025

Zeer nette vakantie bungalow, zeer mooie omgeving, ideaal voor wandelingen in naast gelegen bossen, bungalow ligt praktisch ( 200 meter) van het grote meer vandaan, zeer aan te bevelen voor gezinnen, 2 slaapkamers, 4 bedden. Kom graag nog eens terug.

Anders als im Internet beworben

Das Ferienhaus war sauber und zweckmäßig. Auch wenn der Rasen etwas hoch war. Achtung: Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind nicht inbegriffen. Sie müssen selbst mitgebracht werden oder vor Ort teuer bezahlt werden. Das steht in der Anzeige so nicht drin. Einen Wäschetrockner gibt es auch nicht. Lediglich einen Wäscheständer. Der Wohnpark und die Gegend ist für Familien mit Kindern nicht zu empfehlen. Es ist sehr Kinderunfreundlich. Die Hunde haben ihr Geschäft auf dem Spielplatz verrichtet, während die Kinder dort spielten. Generell sind hier sehr viele Hunde. Jedes Haus hat mindestens 2. Nachts ist es sehr laut. Entweder durch laute Musik (bis 3:30 Uhr auch in der Woche) oder durch Hundegebell. Es ist sehr teuer. Bällchen Eis 3€, Räuberteller kostet extra 2,80€. Kühlboxen, Essen, Trinken dürfen NICHT mit an die kleine Badestelle genommen werden. Hier wird man gefilzt. Wir mussten unsere Kühlbox zurück bringen. Außer der kleinen Badestelle gibt es leider keine Bademöglichkeit an dem See, da entweder unsaubere Rastmöglichkeiten, zugewuchert oder Naturschutzgebiet. Der See ist sauber aber durch Betonstufen unterteilt. Unsere Kinder sind ständig drüber gefallen und haben sich die Zehen gestoßen, da man sie unter Wasser nicht sieht. Alles in allem nur ein Urlaub für Hundebesitzer, die eh nicht baden möchten.

Hallo, Het spijt me dat uw verblijf niet aan uw verwachtingen voldeed. De advertentie is zo transparant mogelijk en voor lakens en handdoeken probeer ik deze altijd per bericht aan te geven. Er is een droger beschikbaar in de bungalow, verscholen onder de trap. Wat honden betreft, daar ben ik helaas niet verantwoordelijk voor. Dichtbij buren die ik ken en honden laten wandelen en ze nergens naar de wc laten gaan. Het watermeer d'heure is een plek speciaal ontworpen voor gezinnen, met activiteiten en wandelingen voor iedereen. De voorschriften voor het meer zijn ontworpen om de veiligheid van iedereen te waarborgen. Ik wens u een goede voortzetting, Alain Rousseau

Prima huisje. Mooie omgeving.

Leuk comfortabel huisje. Voorzien van alle gemakken. Enige minpuntje: een mengkraan in de douche die per ongeluk veel te heet wordt als je er even tegenaan stoot. Heb me helaas wat verbrand.

Fijne plek voor n korte vakantie

Het verblijf was goed, jamner dat de deur zo klemt en niet goed functioneert. Slaapkamers waren wat sumier qua aankkeding van de ruimte. Keuken, huiskamer en vadkamer waren prima. Het huis was jleiner dan verwacht maar voldeed prima verdrr.

Très jolie petite maison

Tout est présent dans ce bungalow pour passer une belle semaine : literie et mobilier de bonne qualité , matériel de cuisine en quantité et super fonctionnel, mobilier de jardin en suffisance. Nous avons été tres bien accueilli en plus. Logement à recommander !

Week-end en famille

C’est la deuxième fois que nous faisions un week-end dans ce logement. Nous l’apprécions beaucoup pour sa localisation à 2 pas de toutes les comodités. Nous avons beaucoup profité du petit jardin avec le barbecue. Le logement est très bien équipé. Possibilité de faire un feu si besoin de réchauffer l’atmosphère.

Très bon séjour

Séjour très agréable. Un accueil au top grâce à la dame qui nous donne les clés. Quelques bémols comme le sèche-cheveux ou le sèche-linge qui ne sont finalement pas présents alors qu’indiqués dans l’annonce. De même pour le linge de lit ou de toilette qui est indiqué comme fourni mais qu’il faut louer. Hormis ces désagréments, la location est très agréable. Côté cuisine, il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Jardin avec barbecue idéal. Très proche des lacs et de toutes les activités

Ein kleines, aber feines Feriendomizil für die kleine Familie. Die Umgebung ist sehr reizvoll. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Die Wallonen sind durchgehend freundlich und zuvorkommend; solide Französisch-Kenntnisse sind jedoch sehr hilfreich, mit Englisch kommt man hier nicht weit. (Das hatten wir uns aber auch schon vorher gedacht.) Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.

Bonjour, je suis désolé que cela vous ait dérangé, les sentiers entre les résidences n'ont pas été du ressort des propriétaires. Le promoteur n'a en effet pas tenu compte des haies qui allaient pousser. Cependant, j'essaie au maximum de permettre un passage correct tout en préservant l'intimité du jardin. Concernant les photos, elles ne sont ni retouché, ni "triché", également, suite à des nouveaux aménagements dans le jardin, celle-ci vont être mises à jour dans le plus bref délai. Nettoyage, TV et percolateur

Le bungalow est très fonctionnel mais le nettoyage laisse a désirer. En effet, a part le sol, rien ' a été nettoyé. La TV, pas facile au démarrage et le percolateur a été programmé et on ne sait pas enlever ce programmage. Mme Julez

Mooi huisje!

Erg mooi huisje, mooier dan op de foto’s! Ook fijne omgeving met veel faciliteiten en veel te doen, ook voor kinderen. Enige minpuntje was de dame die kwam inchecken. Zij spreekt alleen Frans en wij niet ☺️. Met wat gebaren kwamen we een heel eind!

Sympa petit bungalow

J’ai passé un chouette séjour avec ma maman et mes enfants. Le cadre est agréable, calme et sécurisant (petit village de bungalows). La cuisine est équipée et super fournie en accessoires. Le BBQ et la machine à laver sont un super + ! Néanmoins j’ai été déçue par le mobilier de jardin (le petit salon en rotin) qui est fort abîmé, le fait qu’il n’y ait pas un abri lorsqu’il pleut (le parasol présent est petit et ne peut se placer qu’au centre de la table. Aussi je trouve qu’il faudrait vraiment revoir l’installation électrique, les nombreuses rallonges ne sont pas pratiques et c’est dangereux !

Low budget uitgerust. Locatie daarentegen is super . Niet kindvriendelijk - 1 toilet voor 5 personen ?! (en dan nog in de badkamer 🤔) - tuinmeubelen in erbarmelijke staat enz
