Rental of a pretty, very functional small Breton house with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed - 2 single beds), a large 500m² garden area with garden furniture (meals and relaxation), barbecue, swing, pétanque pitch and terrace. Access to the gîte via an independent private road. Interesting geographical location allowing to radiate easily between land and sea. All shops and services nearby. Tennis, golf, horse riding, karting, listed sites etc ... Pets allowed.

Nous avons loué la MARGOTIERE pour une semaine de vacance en famille avec notre chien , un berger australien Les propriétaires sont très acceuillant, très discret lors de notre séjour également Le gite est propre, bien équipé et confortable Il est aussi vraiment très bien situé pour les activités en famille ainsi que de belles promenades avec toutou Nous avons beaucoup aimé et recommandons cette location à tous les amoureux de la nature et de la Bretagne

Kleines Landhaus mit großem Garten an lauter Strasse

Das Haus hatte einen schönen großen Garten mit Boolbahn und Trampolin, für Kinder super geeignet. Leider lag es an einer lauten Straße. Auch waren zu viele Möbel im Haus die wenig Funktion hatten aber viel Platz wegnehmen. Schön war der Platz fürs Auto und für unsere Fahrräder, beide direkt am Haus.

Well located house but some drawbacks

The property is well located for exploring the area, being accessible to good roads. The hosts are friendly and helpful. We found the bedrooms very hot because they are under the roof, and we had to close the windows at night because of mosquitoes. It may also be useful to know that the twin bedroom is only accessible through the double bedroom. The double bedroom is open to the staircase from the lounge/kitchen downstairs. On arrival at the house we were surprised to be asked for a deposit of 250 euros against possible damage to the property. We are willing to pay such deposits but only through a booking agency such as Vrbo for security reasons. We feel if a host wants such a deposit this should be demanded as part of the booking process. The hosts didn't press their demand further and we didn't make the deposit, but it was an uncomfortable start to the stay. We understand that a request for such a deposit may come across differently to people from other countries who are used to such demands. The house is very well equipped and in pleasant surroundings. We enjoyed dining in the garden.

Malgré un temps peu clément, nous avons passé une semaine agréable, dans une petite maison bien agencée et munie de tout le nécessaire. Notre petite fille Margot a pu profiter de tout l'équipement extérieur, quand la météo le permettait ... Nos hôtes étaient charmants et nous ont donné de bons conseils de promenade.

BELLE RENCONTRE

Nous tenons à remercier les propriétaires pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et toutes les petites attentions culinaires, sans parler d'une belle décoration de Noel. Le gite est très bien entretenu, propre et dispose de tous les équipements pour vous rendre la vie plus facile. L'espace extérieur privatif doit être splendide en été. De belles visites : Auray, St Cado, St Anne d'Auray, Carnac, Quiberon... Une belle rencontre. Nous y retournerons sûrement.

Angenehmer Rückzugsort mit grossem Aussenbereich

Wir waren als Paar mit einem kleinen Hund dort. Vor und bei unserer Ankunft hatte es anhaltend geregnet, daher war war von den umgebenden hohen Bäumen einiges auf dem Grundstück gelandet. Nach der Wetteränderung (10 Tage > 30 °C) haben wir den Schatten eben dieser Bäume dann sehr geschätzt. Die Besitzer wohnen im Haus daneben, sind aber sehr zurückhaltend und freundlich. Der grosse, eigenständige Gartenbereich ist aber sehr gut abgetrennt. Das Haus ist vollständig ausgestattet incl. einer Grundausstattung in der Küche (Kaffee, Tee, Gewürze, Essig, ,Öl...). Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.
