A gas fireplace keeps the home feeling nice and cozy, and you can breathe in the fresh mountain air while relaxing out on the furnished balcony and taking in the forest views.

No matter the time of year, there's always something to do close by in Incline Village. Walk to the city center for delicious restaurants as well as fun and unique shops. Only a mile away is the Championship Golf Course where you can spend sunny days out on the greens. Summertime is ideal for boating, swimming, or sunbathing at Incline Beach, just a little over a mile away. In the winter, load up your skis and make the brief three-mile drive to Diamond Peak Ski Resort for fantastic snowy terrain. The surrounding mountains are also crisscrossed with a number of scenic hiking trails!

Incline Village beach access and recreation center amenities (fitness center, pools, group fitness classes, etc.) are no longer available to guests. Beaches outside of Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details.

Good location

Loved the location, easy to find, easy to get to. Small, nothing fancy but served it’s purpose for us. We basically just needed somewhere to sleep for 2 nights. Only negative things I can say is that it was pretty hot during our stay and we couldn’t figure out the thermostat.. it was usually late when we were there so we just used fans (which we were happy to see there!) and the other thing was 1 of the nights the Wi-Fi wasn’t working, couldn’t figure that one out so we just watched a dvd (when was also provided!) we are a family of 6, it was definitely small for us but we basically were just there to sleep so it was fine, if your planning on being there more that just sleeping, it would probably be better for maybe a family of 4

Convenient place but hard to locate in the dark

PLUSES 1. Convenient location for skiing multiple Lake Tahoe resorts. 2. Well stocked kitchen with ample space. 3. Ample closet space for hanging clothes. 4. Having washer/dryer was very convenient. 5. Carport a big plus in winter when it snows. 6. Within walking distance of grocery store and restaurants. THINGS TO CONSIDER 7. Instructions for finding unit were lacking and was hard to find in the dark (took us 20 minutes). The numbering of the units was not intuitive. A detailed map of the condo/townhouse complex and unit location within it would be very helpful. 8. Contacting the property manager by phone was not helpful in this regard. 9. Use of space heater in the living room with no explanation was unusual but not uncomfortable.

Cozy condo

The first thing we noticed was that the condo had a stale smell upon entry. It appeared to be clean but the carpet on the stairs and in the bedrooms needed cleaning badly. Otherwise the property meet our needs and we had a relaxing stay.
