The small villa for 5, 100 meters away from the beach
Dimore Turchesi Trilo D is a small villa with airy rooms and a large equipped and exclusive garden. 
It`s on the ground floor and the rooms are simple and functional. The house consists of 2 double bedrooms, a large living room with single bed and kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The garden is furnished with the necessary to eat lunch or dinner in the open or simply to relax.

Dimore Turchesi is a small complex of holiday homes by the Ionian sea, ideal for a relaxing vacation with beautiful sunsets. It`s 100 meters away from the sea with sandy beaches and beach establishments where the guests can spend their days.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 44 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioner only in the hallway.
