This 4 bed / 3.5 bath home is one block from the beach and features a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a junior suite with its own bathroom and private deck, plus 2 additional well appointed bedrooms. The main living area features a large open concept great room with gas fireplace and gorgeous kitchen with island seating to accommodate everyone comfortably. Open up either set of sliding doors off the great room to access a large deck with ocean views and allow the shore breeze in or load up the complimentary beach buggy and walk up the block for easy beach access.

The house is furnished as follows:

5 years ago my husband and I fell in love with Wildwood Crest. This year we decided to make it official and plant roots in this community and thus Hipcat Properties was formed. Hipcat House is 1800 sq ft featuring 4 beds, 3.5 baths one block from the gorgeous beaches of Wildwood Crest.

Why they chose this property

We love this property because it's super close proximity to the beach. There's plenty of room for for a family of 10-12, no worrying about scheduling baths and showers with the 4 beds and 3.5 baths. The house gets plenty of natural light and we love the private backyard for kids to play in.

What makes this property unique

The house has dual zone air conditioning so you can keep the downstairs and upstairs the perfect temperatures. There is a tankless water heater so hot water is always on demand.

We love that the decks offer both covered and uncovered space so you can use them regardless of the weather and the ceiling fans on the decks guarantee a nice breeze while enjoying the outdoors.
