Le Saint Similien - Talensac

Ideally located, a stone's throw from the Talensac Market and the Tour de Bretagne, the Saint Similien is our warm cocoon in Nantes. With a surface area of 27 m² (+ mezzanine), completely renovated with taste, you will feel at home! It can comfortably accommodate two people.

On the ground floor of an old condominium, you will be seduced by its layout and decoration, its pastel tones and its high ceilings. It is arranged as follows :
-a modern, uncluttered and very well equipped kitchen (combined oven, refrigerator, 2-burner ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster), separated by a glass roof overlooking the living room.
-a living room with a flat screen TV and internet connection.
-a shower room with WC, pleasant and functional. A washing machine, ironing board and iron are also at your disposal. -a cosy mezzanine bedroom with quality bedding (bed 140X190).
For your comfort, the Saint Similien is equipped with double-glazed windows and wooden shutters.

The Cocoonr Agency
The accommodation Le Saint Similien is managed by the Cocoonr Agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on the spot by a member of our team who will introduce you to the apartment, how it works and give you the keys. Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and the bed will be made up on your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few pods of Nespresso coffee and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.

Neighbourhood and transport
Ideally located, in a quiet area, you can enjoy the market of Talensac, the flea markets of the Place Viarme and the hyper centre which is only 7 minutes away on foot ! To reach our famous Castle of the Dukes of Brittany or the Island of Versailles on the banks of the river Erdre, a 10-minute walk will suffice.
However, if you have a preference for public transport, the tram stop "50 hostages" is 4 min away.
You can also opt for self-service bicycles called "Bicloos", a station is located right in front of the building !
To get to the airport, a shuttle is available from "Commerce" (5 min from the apartment), it's a 20 minutes ride. Numerous food shops are close by on Place Talensac but also excellent restaurants in a very popular area !
For your stay in Nantes, the Saint Similien is an excellent choice.
