The Duplex of Jules 2 to 4 people
A design and warm apartment. Jules's Duplex consists of an entrance hall with cupboards, washing machine / dryer and toilet, a fully equipped designer kitchen with a combined microwave oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. A Nespresso coffee machine is available.
On the 1st floor, you have a large cozy living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2), an LCD screen, a DVD player and an internet connection. A bedroom with wardrobes, a large double bed with quality mattresses, LCD screen. Bathroom with Italian mosaic shower, toilet and sauna. An individual terrace with table and benches and 2 sunbeds. Bed linen and towels provided. Closed parking available.
Option: Cleaning fee 50 €.
Proximity to shops (bakery, tobacco / press, butcher, tourist office, supermarket, cinema).
A deposit of 500 € will be required upon arrival and returned at the end of the stay.
