Hidden gem in Hidden Valley
It is all right there! Beautiful house, beautiful view, boat launch, beach and an off leash dog park for the best friend. Wonderful visit, wonderful time, relaxing and a spectacular view! Just right for our family weekend getaway!

Spacious house in a nice neighborhood. With the windows open some noise from the golf course. Well appointed kitchen. The lighting system is atrocious and needs to be replaced or at least simplified.

What an amazing house!
I would high recommend this property for a group. There was plenty of space for everyone and great spaces to hang out in. Normally when we rent a house and it says it sleeps 10 in reality that means people on sofas. Not the case here!
It was raining during our stay, I can only imagine how much fun it would be in sunny weather!

Ver nice house!
Overall a nice place for all of us to gather. We happened to be there during the super hot weather, there is no AC, but fans were available and used.
There was plenty of room for all of us, the deck was nice and we used the grill so we wouldn’t heat up the house.
The house is next to a golf course so we were entertained by some players, although apparently the golf course is mowed everyday (@ 4:30 in the morning)!
A few people in our group used some of the facilities and it was nice to have that option.
It is a beautiful area and we all had a great visit!

Thank you so much for staying at my rental property. I'm glad you and your family enjoyed the property and all the amenities the home and the community have to offer. The golf course maintenance usually takes place every morning, but never that early. However, every year Sudden Valley is the host to the largest two-day men's tournament in the state of Washington and during this two-day period, the lawn maintenance happens to take place before the sun comes up. I'm truly sorry for any inconvenience.

Beautiful view and beautiful home. It was very clean and host was very responsive.
Beautiful home and breathtaking view. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The home was very spacious but we were expecting 4 bedrooms and it only has three and the fourth was actually an office with a pullout couch which is not what we rented so the ad needs to be clarified that its not four actual beds. The checkin time says 3 but we weren't allowed to check in until 4. Also, i thought it was odd we had to water all the flowers and plants. I was on vacation and i didn't feel like it was my responsibility to water the landscaping because there was a lot of potted plants and they were pretty but thats not my responsibility and if it was something expected it also should have been told before booking and not a note left on the counter for me.

Every year, I love planting flowers and displaying them on my amazing deck. Planting flowers and displaying them for renters brings me pure joy. I absolutely love it! I plant these flowers for my renters, and it breaks my heart that this renter did not appreciate my efforts. When renters stay for an extended period of time in the summer, I sometimes ask renters if they wouldn't mind watering the potted flowers. If this is an inconvenience to renters, I will send someone over to water the potted flowers on the deck. However, most renters don't like to be bothered during their stay, so most renters don't mind watering a few flowers.
There is no landscaping that needed to be watered, so I'm not sure how to respond.
There is a fourth bedroom, the four bedroom has an attached full bathroom, this room is not an office, it's a bedroom. The bedroom has a brand new, very comfortable sleeper sofa with a queen size mattress.
The check in time is 4pm and has always been 4pm, but the renter requested a last-minute early check in. I would have loved to give an early check in, but this property is 5000 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, 2 kitchens, 1 office, 1 fitness room and 1 movie theater. This property takes me at least 8 to 10 hours to clean but I always do my best to make each and every renter happy.

In the living area there is a newly renovated fireplace and mounted flat screen surrounded by contemporary tile. The Kitchen has been newly renovated as well with gorgeous granite, stainless steel refrigerator, dual ovens and walk thru pantry. When you rent this property you can have the best parties in Sudden Valley with the largest deck in the valley. This huge private entertainment size deck has surround SONOS sound system with viewing speakers wired outside and inside every room throughout the house for all musical tastes. As well as breathtaking views of the Sudden Valley Golf course and beautiful Lake Whatcom.

The Sudden Valley community offer the most amazing amenities a community has to offer. Starting with a large recreational and activities center, a library, fitness center, two large community pools (one of the pools is for adults only), four beaches, marina, three picnic areas, two dog parks, four tennis courts, pickle ball court, basketball court, volleyball court, soccer court and baseball diamond. Not to mention the most beautiful, scenic and challenging golf course in the Pacific Northwest.
