This is an old attractive stone farmhouse set on a peaceful hillside with panoramic views and surrounded by the garden with olive groves.
The main house is on two floors with a spacious arched veranda overlooking the garden and pool furnished with tables and chairs for al fresco dinners. Next to the veranda the BBQ and the pizza oven at the guests disposal. The interior is comfortable, with exposed beams and cotto floors, giving it a very attractive, rustic ambience.
Next to the main house there is a two floors annex. The first floor is lived by the young owners, working all day long out of the property; on the ground floor there is a newly restored apartment (50m2) for rent, ideal for 2 adults and a child. The small apartment can be rented together with the main house only.
The property is surrounded by a panoramic garden where the swimming pool (12x8 m- deep 1,40 m; seasonal opening) is set. This is the perfect place for a completely restful holiday.
This property is reachable by a country road not suitable for sportive cars.
On request the owners can prepare typical Tuscan dinners for the guests. The price for the dinners starts from 18€ to 30€ per person, drinks not included. Horse riding lessons for beginners, experts riders and daily excursions are available in the nearby Estate. Seggiano is just 5 kms away, with a small supermarket, chemist’s and post office. Siena is 65 kms away and Grosseto is 60 kms away. The top of Monte Amiata, the highest mountain between Siena and Grosseto is just one hour drive; the village of Castel del Piano (7 kms away) offers supermarkets, hospital, restaurant, bank etc.
The main house sleeps 12 is on two floors with a spacious arched veranda overlooking the garden and pool furnished with tables and chairs for al fresco dinners. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite shower bathroom; living room with sofa in front of the fireplace and tv; five steps from the living room lead to the spacious dining room with a second fireplace and the well equipped kitchen (5 rings cooker, big fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and oven).
Fifteen steps lead to the first floor where we have two triple bedrooms with a queen size bed and a single bed and ensuite shower bathroom; one double bedroom with queen size bed and a kitchenette (small fridge and cooker), ensuite shower room and a beautiful panoramic terrace; one double bedroom with ensuite shower room.

It consists of a dining room with kitchen corner (fridge with freezer, 4 rings cooker and oven), one double bedroom (queen size bed), a corridor with a single bed and bathroom with shower. The apartment has its own outside area and it’s equipped for disabled. The prices include (water, gas, electricity) linen changed weekly, use of the swimming pool (seasonal). To pay extra on the premises: central heating in winter, final cleaning per person (children included, except babies), baby cot on request, use of the washing machine on request ,inventory deposit, firewood, pets stay. Dinners by the house on request. Horse riding lessons and daily excursions on request to be paid on the premises. Local Tax must be paid cash on the spot.
