This is a great place. I love that it is an old home. Beautiful courtyard and coffee is definitely better on the porch. Even though it is only a one bathroom it is a large one bathroom. We will definitely be staying here again.

Was asked by host to change to a unit different than booked (upstairs unit). This unit did not have preferred bed arrangement which was reason for booking the original listing. Was notified midweek before visit which was not enough notice to find suitable alternatives. Host was apologetic, and offered some unspecified rebate after stay that never materialized.

You are correct, as I stated the booking mistake was clearly mine and mine alone. I did also mention id give you a refund of some sorts for the inconvenience you just left 4 days ago as I was waiting for vrbo to send payment so I can refund some and I believe at this time they still have not. When they do I will in turn do as I said I would.

This is great place to stay while visiting Gulfport and the gulf coast ! The front porch with ceiling fans is fantastic. The beach, aquarium, harbor and several restaurants are very close.

This was an awesome fine! Super close to the beach, closer than it looks. We walked almost everywhere. The aquarium and shaggys were both under 5 minutes. The owner responded fast and was super helpful! Beautiful property.
