Your quiet vacation home sits in the heart of downtown Boerne, conveniently located right off of Main Street. Plenty of interior space for larger groups, and a large, fenced-in backyard with outdoor patio & BBQ grill. Your fur babies are more than welcome! The AC system is new.

We were in Texas for a wedding with a family group of 8 to 9 people. The property fit our need very well. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable and had everything we needed for a five day stay. It was a very charming and "warm" feeling home. Caleb, the host was very accommodating. We came down as 2 families 4 adukts and 2 kids to see some caves and check out Boerne. We had a great time. We found Caleb's place to be very convenient to town as well as the cave. The layout was perfect for our group. We found it comfortable and well appointed. Communications with Caleb were great. Check in and out was easy and the town and home information was greatly appreciated.

Quick trip for a family wedding. Not a ton of time was spent at the house, but it was accommodating for our needs. It was nice to have a pack n play available too. Everything was clean. Outside condition of home needs some tlc, but didnt affect our stay. Perfect location to access dowtown Boerne quickly.

This cozy home was the perfect alternative to a cold, small hotel room for my family. We appreciated the varieties of coffee offered and would have utilized the well stocked kitchen if we’d have had more time. We’ll definitely use this property again.

Cozy get away house & close to our activities

The house was great - just right for me & my son. It was close to Main Street & our various church activities or to stay home & watch TV/Internet if needed/decided on. Our landlord Caleb was great about answering questions/issues we had during our stay in Boerne.

Boerne trip

The house is cute and arranged well. The location was perfect for us. It’s right in the middle between Fredericksburg and San Antonio. While the house isn’t really large, it was designed well for us. The house was clean. There needs to be one more TV though….maybe one upstairs.

I opened my first VRBO about a 5 years ago. I since have opened my 4th location- all in Boerne. When I'm not working I'm either at the gym, hanging out with my dogs or saltwater fishing. I opened my VRBOs to give travelers the option to stay in a comfy home during their visit. (3 out of 4 of my listings are very close to Main St/downtown Boerne). I look forward to hosting you!

Why they chose this property

My house sits on large corner lot in a quiet, family and pet friendly neighborhood. Relax outside on the patio complete with a BBQ charcoal grill and fire pit. The house has 3 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms. Walk-in closets in 2 out of the 3 bedrooms. I provide plenty of coffee, speedy wifi, a large TV with Netflix, Youtube TV (for sports, news, etc), plush blankets, hotel quality bedding & towels and very comfortable mattresses.

Sidewalks encircle the entire neighborhood, and in fact, go all the way to Main Street, making it easy to go on walks, runs and bike rides. Enjoy a leisurely walk around the neighborhood, or stroll to Main St which is less than a mile down the street. Looking forward to hosting yall!!
