Upon walking in you'll instantly pause and drop your bags to fully take in the fun and bright atmosphere that greets you. Contrasting against the softly muted walls and natural wood flooring are fun pops of tropical color. To the left of the entry foyer you'll find a light and airy kitchen that practically invites you to pop a bottle of wine and explore your culinary creativity. The fresh, white cabinetry and matching white appliances give this area a crisp, clean feeling especially with the natural lighting that pours in through the kitchen window. Chat with those sitting at the breakfast bar as you whip up your famous pancakes and later enjoy the blue ocean view as you rinse off your dishes in the sink. The fully stocked kitchen provides a Keurig and drip coffee maker to meet your caffeine needs, as well as ample cabinet space to store your favorite late night snacks.

Gather your friends around the white tile and maple wood dining room table for delish meals, laughter, and memory-making. You'll love how you can simultaneously talk to those in the kitchen and enjoy an ocean view without leaving your seat! After you clear the table, wander over to the cozy and bright living room. You'll find that this room has a quirky, fun personality with dolphin fish mounted on the walls and parrot decorations hanging from the ceiling. Notice how the blue pull-out couch adds the perfect pop of color to the neutral-toned room and how the beautifully upholstered pillows and chair add a tasteful but playful "under the sea" theme. Kick back in the plush recliner and enjoy the palm tree speckled view and the ocean expanse in the background. The king size bed speaks of nautical charm with its anchor-patterned quilt, beachy throw pillows, and trio of sailboats that hang overhead. Don't hesitate to pack all of your brand new beach clothes, the dresser provided offers 6 full and 3 smaller drawers to accommodate your latest shopping spree. When it's time to settle in for the night, snuggle down amongst the lovely throw pillows and bedding to watch your favorite shows on the mounted flat screen TV. The primary bathroom boasts of a gorgeous walk-in shower with intricate glass detailing and a handheld showerhead. You'll love the contrast of the beachy bright blue walls and the light marble countertop on the white vanity.

Those who stay in the guest bedroom will find themselves staying in a room with whimsical beach charm. With the eclectic fishing net on the wall and the seashell quilts atop the twin beds, you'll find yourself never having to leave beach mode. Fall asleep to the sounds of funny sitcoms and feel-good shows as this bedroom also provides a TV with cable. You'll find the guest bathroom to be as lovely as the primary's with its light teal walls, sand-colored granite, and white vanity. It provides guests with a standard tub with sliding glass doors and beautiful white bath linens.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is free wireless internet and cable TV.

Point East condominiums are renowned for their envied oceanfront location along the non-driving shore of New Smyrna Beach. This 84 unit complex has recently undergone complete renovations and now boasts of a brand new roof, fresh landscaping, a redone pool deck, and updated pool chairs. Along with its prime location, guests are provided a community pavilion, a grill, 2 shuffleboard courts, a seasonally heated pool and kiddie pool. The complex sits close to many amazing fine dining and casual restaurants, lovely shops, as well as local taverns with wonderful bands for listening and dancing.

New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida-- try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Or choose to stay closer to the shore for excellent flats fishing in Mosquito Lagoon, famous for its redfish.
