In the heart of Savannah’s Historic & Shopping District this glorious property boasts all the modern conveniences for todays comfort. Accommodating up to 10 people, the Villa on Broughton Main + Carriage is comprised of the main house and the carriage house, which makes it for a bridal party retreat or large family get-away.

Entering in on the main floor, you are greeted by the main living room which is the common space for guests to gather. Just beyond, you will find the large dining room that is open to the kitchen. Ideal for families wanting to prepare a large meal, this kitchen is fully equipped with stunning countertops, and new stainless steel appliances. Right out back you'll find the private courtyard, with comfortable furnishings.

Two bedrooms along with 2 sleeper sofas in the main house can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. For parents wishing to keep their children close, one of the sleeper sofas is located in the lofted room above the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom has a sliding doors to a small balcony overlooking the courtyard. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and an ample amount of closet space.

In addition to the main house, the carriage house studio can accommodate 2 guests, with a full-size kitchen plus bathroom.

After a day of exploration, come home to relaxing with cocktail in hand in the private courtyard or the rooftop patio.

The Villa on Broughton Main + Carriage is located in the highly coveted neighborhood within the historic district just minutes from the bustling end of Broughton Street and Savannah’s remarkable shops, sights and culinary scene. Just a short walk of two streets you’ll find the attractions of City Market, Bay and River Streets.

Whats parking like for this home?
Guests will have access to one small private garage space (small to midsize vehicles only). All other parking can be found on-street, metered, Monday-Saturday 8AM-8PM. We encourage guests to pay close attention to street signs, as they state when the street cleaner comes.

Beautiful Villa in a Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Villa was a spacious 3 story home on East Broughton Street. A close walk to shops and restaurants and the river. The villa was spacious, super clean, and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The private courtyard was so peaceful. We sat out there in the mornings drinking our coffee and at night with a glass a wine before going out. There are 2 separate bedrooms with bathrooms on the 2nd floor. The secondary bedroom has a shower with steam which we all took full advantage of during our stay. The rooftop was a great bonus. It's a winding staircase up to the top but once you're up there, it's nice to look over the rooftops. We had a minivan but it fit perfectly in the garage with little room to spare. We would rent this villa again.

Reviewer Comments: This may be the nicest vacation rental our family has stayed in as far as cleanliness, updated appliances, furniture, etc. It’s a beautiful home and was spotless. A great place to come home to after a long day of exploring all Savannah has to offer. The location is great too in terms of being in walking distance to just about everything. Only thing I would note is that the primary guest bedroom does not have a shower so of the two bedrooms in the main house, there is only one shower. That being said, that would not prevent us from staying here again. We had a great time! Highly recommend!

Almost perfect for a family weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the entire villa and carriage house for our son's 19th birthday. The house is absolutely lovely and very comfortable! Beautifully decorated with all the amenities, and very clean. The property managers were very responsive when we had questions, too.A few things future visitors might want to note:The outdoor rooftop space is really wonderful, but the spiral staircase is very narrow and twisty, and none of our older guests could make it. So my son and his friends were the only ones who got to enjoy it, without any refreshments because carrying a tray or plate up there would be treacherous!The main house has two bedrooms with their own beautiful bathrooms - but one has a bathtub and the other has a shower. So if you're a bath person staying in the primary, you're in luck, but if you prefer showers, you're hitting up the other guests every day to use their bathroom. This wasn't an issue for us because it was all family, but it might be too much for another group.There's no direct access to the carriage house without opening the garage door and going outside. There IS a door from inside the garage to the carriage house foyer, but it was locked and when I asked I was told the outside was the only way in, so we dropped it. Not a huge deal, but we did have to raise the garage door many times to get in and out of the carriage house, which could have been easily solved by unlocking that inside door. Other than these minor inconveniences, we absolutely loved the house. It felt so spacious and accommodating, and the location couldn't have been more perfect. Just steps from shopping on Broughton! We had such a special time here with our family, and really loved our stay. Looking forward to more Lucky Savannah stays in the future!

This is a wonderful place to stay. We get it every fall on our break. They are so helpful if you need anything and the location is the best. We can walk to almost everything. We would highly recommend this villa and plan on staying again next fall

Lucky Savannah was easy to communicate with and let us store luggage prior to check in and after check out. Only thing was there no tissues around and it would have been helpful to have those around.

Perfect Savannah Spot

Nine ladies stayed here for our annual college reunion. We had the main house and the carriage house as well. It was very clean and comfortable. We relaxed and then wandered out right into the historic district for sightseeing and dining. The location is perfect- you can pop in at any time to change or drop off your shopping bags. Close to the river. We had a maintenance issue that was dealt with quickly and easily. Would highly recommend this place.

Terrific location.

We are a family of seven. Grandparents, parents, and adult (or almost adult) grandchildren. The main house accommodated the older folks and the carriage house (with an interconnecting private courtyard) provided the younger folks with their own space. Perfect arrangement for our family.Other than a couple of minor glitches at check in due to a couple of wrong codes (there were 4 codes to gain access to both houses) our stay was error-free. The folks at Lucky Savannah were friendly and helpful, even delivering a broom and dust pan, as the house had none.Our location in downtown historic Savannah was perfect for seeing much of the sights in the area.

Savanna Historical district

We arrived to this home on Thursday. We were happy to get an early check in so we could explore the city on a Segway Tour to get a lay of the area. This property is perfect for walking to just about everything. The house was perfect for us three couples with our own private rooms and baths. The furniture very comfortable in the living area. The beds all firm but comfortable all of us slept well which at 60. + is important! We loved it and would recommend it!

The place was perfect for the bachelorette party. The place was pretty clean and in a good location. It was a little far from river street and City Market but not too bad. It was so nice that they had an office in savannah that we could keep our luggage. We had a late flight on Sunday, and they let us keep our luggage at their office all day. The management company was very responsive and easy to work with.

Bachelorette trip!

We absolutely loved this location! The hosue was spacious and overall great for a larger group. We also loved the sound system in the house! Be aware that the carriage hosue is a very separate entity! Not our favorite aspect of the house because it was so far for girls to get to their things. The spiral staircase to the roof is very high up, be careful. It's beautiful for photos and would be great on a nice sunny day! Also, the 3 full bathrooms is misleading as one of them is just a bathtub, which is not conducive for a full house of women!

Not only was the property clean and well-kept, but it had numerous amenities and was in the perfect location. We could walk to plenty of stores, restaurants, parks, and the riverfront within 15 minutes. The surround sound, carriage house, and ample, comfortable space made our weekend away even more special.I also reached out to the rental property multiple times, and they were always able to assist! They were polite an accommodating. I was very impressed with the the management company as well as the property.Things to note: The spiral stairs to the rooftop are a bit narrow, so step cautiously. Also, the master bathroom (the one with the tub) has a shower spout so you can rinse easily. The property has an awesome surround sound system throughout. there were plenty of cooking utensils, seating areas, mirrors, and drawers for storage. There were also extra pillows and blankets. It was a truly well-stocked home with a lot of charm and plenty of space!

Beautiful home, close to everything - 5 beds but not 5 bedrooms.

We stayed at the property for two nights during a roadtrip vacation with our daughter and 2 teenage granddaughters. The townhouse is beautifully appointed and location is excellent for walking to coffee shop, restaurants and just enjoying the neighborhood. I thought the description of the property stating it had 5 beds meant 5 bedrooms, but there are only 3 bedrooms: 2 (queen and king) in the main house and 1 in the carriage house. There are 2 pullout couches. We made due with daughter and granddaughter (13) sharing one bedroom while my husband and I took another. The 17 year old took the carriage house. The pull out couches were located in a loft in the main bedroom and in the living room. We didn't want to deal with them. The courtyard patio is a great place to relax and have morning coffee. Note: The rooftop carriage house deck was only accessible by a very steep circular staricase so if you are uncomfortable with heights or have mobility issues I'd receommend passing on going up there. It was a perfect place for the 17 year old to take sunrise photos! The kitchen and dining area, adjacent to one another, are perfect for family time. I'd recommend this property if visiting Savannah, location is great.
