Our newly remodeled home in the heart of San Diego is in a quiet family neighborhood not far from some great beaches. Open floor plan with lots of natural light and comfy West Elm furniture. Located in Bay Park, you are a 10-15 minute UBER to most beaches, downtown dining and bars, Balboa Park, Encinitas, Del Mar, Solana Beach and La Jolla. Both my husband and I grew up here and love food so we compiled a great list of restaurants and activities to share with you.

Three amenities listed were not available. No air conditioning in most rooms (this property only has AC in one small bedroom), does not have a hot tub, and does not have a working fireplace. We specifically looked for a place that had AC and a hot tub and are very disappointed in this listing. The weekend I was there it was over 80 degrees all weekend and over 70 percent humidity. With all the doors and windows open, we couldn't get the inside of the property under 85 degrees even at night. I honestly thought about just sleeping outside where it was cool. I ended up going to Target and buying a box fan for the window so that we could sleep at night, which did help. It was so uncomfortable in the house, we cut our vacation significantly short. Even though we booked 4 days, half of us left on day 2 and the other half day 3. There was also an issue with ants in the kitchen and dining room. You couldn't leave anything (even my laptop) on the counter or dining table for a few minutes without finding at least a few ants on it.

We travel a lot for work and we love sharing our home with other travelers since we too love using VRBO and AIRBNB. Our home is in a convenient location to all San Diego has to offer. We love the tranquility of our neighborhood and are so happy to be able to share it with others. Another perk of the space, I am a nutritionist and a chef, meaning you will have access to a fully stocked kitchen to cook a feast in our home!

Relax in our brand new open layout home located in Bay Park, with tons of outdoor space including a Traeger, gas BBQ, fire table, and large outdoor dining and lounging areas. With a bay view and across the freeway from SeaWorld his home is perfect for families visiting San Diego that want the privacy of a home, space to spread out, & just minutes to all the wonderful sites and attractions in America's Finest City. This home is centrally located to tons of restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, brewery's, bars and all the most popular beach communities in the city. Fireworks from SeaWorld on weekends and during Summer! Walking Distance: - Luce restaurant - Harland Brewery - Posiden bar and pizza - Bay Park Coffee - Bird Rock Coffee is off Morena - Siesels market -a great specialty market that has great (pricey) items for cooking at home. - Waters for healthy take out food - Sprouts market is a mile away - Deft Brewery around the corner with Pizza Cassette live music Please see our binder we created for you for all things San Diego!

Located in Bay Park, you are 10-15 minutes to most beaches, downtown dining and bars, Balboa Park, Encinitas, Del Mar, Solana Beach and La Jolla.Our home is entirely non-toxic, fragrance free, no chemicals are used in cleaning of the house or the bedrooms sheets, it’s completely organic too! We have our main bedroom with a CA king bed. The guest room with a King size bed, and our baby room which has the option or a crib and bunk beds or a twin and bunk beds.
