About this property

Flat of 35m ² full south, located on the 1st floor with sheltered balcony.
American kitchen, 1 separate bedroom.
Max capacity: 6 people.

Located 200m from the sea (can be seen from the balcony) and 100m from shops. Thalassotherapy 5 min walk. Port at 500m.

Ideally located, 2 minutes walk from the city center which allows to enjoy the amenities while being quiet. From the balcony you can see the tourist events such as the abrivadas and bandidos (when the gardians bring the bulls to the arena on horseback), as well as the roussatai (gardians who parade with the mares and foals in the streets of the village) .. .

Horse riding ... All around (we are in Camargue ^^), the nearest is 5min. I advise you LOU SEDEN for quality horse riding.

Pets welcome.

Rental from Saturday to Saturday.

Deposit on arrival in the apartment: 450 €. Returned max 15 days after your stay minus possible damages.

Bon séjour

nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans cette appartement, bien agencé et bien équipé, la clim n'était pas de trop durant notre séjour qui a eu lieu en pleine canicule, terrasse agréable pour profiter de la vue sur la mer en sirotant le café du matin, rue calme le soir et la nuit avec quelques passage des chevaux accompagnés des gardien durant la journée,très beau à regarder. Séjour satisfaisant.

Vicino al mare

Alloggio in posizione comoda sia per raggiungere le spiagge sia il centro paese. Qualche difficoltà a trovare parcheggio nei pressi dell'alloggio durante il giorno. L'alloggio corrisponde alla descrizione e in cucina si trova a disposizione quanto necessario. Anche l'aria condizionata è molto utile. Qualche nota sullo stato di alcune elettrodomestici (e.g. macchine del caffe che si blocca) e la pulizia dell'alloggio potrebbe essere migliorato. Tutto sommato ci siamo trovati bene
