It offers 4 sleeping places: a spacious bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and a high-quality double sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is bright and well equipped, with a functional kitchen and everything you need to feel at home. You will also enjoy a private and secure parking space, as well as a bicycle storage area. Just 100 metres away, you’ll find a convenience store and a laundromat. Once you're settled in, you can do everything on foot or by bike.

Bon court séjour aux Saintes Marie .
L appartement est agréable et bien situé. La déco est sympathique.
Assez spacieux pour 3 ( ma fille ma petite fille et moi ) , par contre une seule "vraie" chambre en mezzanine .
Une bouilloire et un grille pain seraient un plus.
Petit bémol pour la remise des clés .
Une arrivée et un départ autonomes seraient plus simples et rapides surtout avec 2 cautions demandées ( appartement et ménage).
Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat immer schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert.
Die FEWO fühlt sich trotz der 40 m² großzügig und luftig an. Der Baustil ist authentisch. Von außen macht es nicht viel her, aber innen ist alles liebevoll eingerichtet.
Der überdachte Balkon ist sehr geräumig. Wir haben dort zu dritt gut essen können. Außerdem ist er nach Osten ausgerichtet und damit zu keiner Tageszeit zu heiß zum Sitzen. Haben abends dort das Meer rauschen hören.
Es gibt zwar keine Klimaanlage, aber man kann gut lüften.
In der Wohnung ist nicht mehr alles neuwertig, aber sauber.
Die Küche hatte alles, was man braucht. Da wir eher Teetrinker sind, haben wir aber einen Wasserkocher vermisst.
Rundum hat es uns ganz gut gefallen.

Petit appartement dans une résidence tranquille, proche du centre ville et de la plage. Une place de parking réservée est un vrai plus.
Pas de wifi, non indispensable mais pratique de nos jours.
Beaucoup de possibilités dans les environs proches pour visiter et apprécier la région.

Very nice and cozy apartment, great location.
Apartment with living room on 1st floor and bedroom upstairs, well equipped. Great balcony to have breakfast at in the morning.
5-10min walking to beach and city center, so we could just park the car in the private parking lot and do everything by foot.
We also rented bedsheets and linen (French oversize needed, so it does not help to bring your own)
Communication with the hosts worked best by SMS text messages, in English. Our e-mails were never answered.
Verbal communication worked only in French.
