The Lux Scandi-Manor on Lake Lanier that allows monthly/long term rentals

This home has to be rented for 15 days or more! This private 11,000 Sq Ft home was professionally remodeled into a magnificent Moody-Scandi Manor in 2023. Not only is she gorgeous on the inside but she has the best panoramic views of Lake Lanier and the GA Mountains. You have 3.5 acres to sit back & relax while watching all that nature has to offer. You'll feel like you are deep in the country but.... you are within minutes to everything G'ville has to offer. This home is perfect for a guys trip with the new poker room with professional smoke eaters. Girls can have fun too with added room for an in-house massage and sunbathing day. Or a couple can relax while having a couples massage, candle light dinner overlooking the lake at night. Family and friends can have the best time playing Life Size Checkers, Pickle ball, or Basketball. We have added a heated pool, hot tub and plunge pool for our visitors enjoyment. This summer our guests will enjoy their own private sand beach, Volleyball court, Mini Golf Course, Fire pits, Swings, Water Toys for the whole family, Horseshoes, Cornhole 12 ft Jenga, and much much more all on our 3.5 acres. We know more guests prefer staying "at home" so we are working with local small business owners to bring the fun to you. Such as... boat excursions, outdoor BBQ Pit catering, Mozzarella making, personal chefs to cook and/or teach, along with many other at home activities for everyone. While indoors with the whole family.. you never have to worry about a slow or lagging internet with 5G internet, top of the line mesh system, and wifi (that carries all the way to the dock and beach.), We have a true deep water dock that any type and/or size of boat will fit. A paved drive that goes from the home all the way down to the dock and it is accessible by a car or golf cart!

This Manor features a master suite on the first floor with 10 ft ceilings and views of the lake in multiple windows throughout the entire home. It has a gorgeous bathroom with his and her vanity's, soaking tub, walk in shower, heated towel drawer, and three walk-in closets. The kitchen is fully equiped with every gadget, cooking pots, Zojirushi rice cooker, Instapot, three dual coffee pot (main & downstairs), coffee press, Stagg Kettle, Vitamix Blender, Typher air fryer, Copper cookware, glass storage containers, and high end appliances. You have several places to sit and eat with ample seating in the breakfast area, formal dining room, tables on top deck, and multiple tables around the pool. We have different sets of china for different occasions and a fully stocked wet bar with any type of glass you might need for a nightcap. Step through the sliding glass doors, from the kitchen, and you have covered conversational set and large table with chairs. The living room has a very large comfy kidney designer sofa with and 65 inch Smart TV. The formal living room is spacious with cozy decor. It is perfect for cuddling up by the fireplace and enjoying a book or having family around a Christmas tree. The formal dining room is extra spacious and it has ample seating for everyone, Peg Perego High Chair and booster seats to enjoy a family meal. There is a home office (with extra insulation for a quieter room) on the first floor. It has a comfy executive seat, executive desk, high end printer, and more. There are plenty of books that anyone is welcome to read. The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Two bedrooms have queen size beds, one room has bunkbeds (full and twin), and a full size crib, toddler bed, with gliding rocker, infant swing, bouncer, baby monitor, and play area for older kids. The bottom floor is newly updated in a UGA theme "Go DAWGS!" There is a full size bar and kitchenette for pool to also use. We have added a large Poker Room with a commercial smoke eater (for you cigar smokers.) There are blackout/sound proof curtains in this area so you can watch a movie with surround sound, listen to music, play games with no disruption.

There is parking for up to 11 cars on the property. You can fit a boat and trailer on the property with no issues (we have had three at once w/several cars.)

This home is in a quiet residential community so loud parties are not permitted! We do allow dogs under 40 lbs but there will be a $500.00 non-refundable pet cleaning fee!
