Villa Zusammen -- formerly known as "Sea Cay” -- has been a popular vacation property on St. John for over 20 years! In 2015, new buyers purchased and extensively renovated the multi-level estate. The owners renamed it Zusammen, which means “Together.” Indeed, Villa Zusammen brings together indoor/outdoor living in a space that equally celebrates luxury and the raw beauty of nature!

The space
Villa Zusammen boasts 3 master suites, all with en-suite bathrooms and ocean views. Each bedroom includes a king-sized bed with luxury bedding, a flat screen TV, and individually-operated A/C units. Two of the rooms have private lanais for relaxing and watching the waves.

The air conditioned great room promises to be a popular gathering place! In addition to a high-beamed vaulted ceiling, the room is appointed with comfortable rattan seating and a large HDTV flat screen offering satellite and premium channels. The updated kitchen features new granite countertops and stainless steel appliances to meet all of your cooking needs. Meanwhile, the kitchen island breakfast bar is an excellent spot for chatting over coffee or keeping your “chef” company while they’re working their magic in the kitchen. The indoor dining table has seating for six. If you want to take it outside, the covered patio with a KitchenAid grill and teak dining table is perfect for an al fresco feast or game night. The courtyard is an ideal retreat for those days you want to chill by the pool and enjoy the swirling sunsets. The expansive deck offers unimpeded ocean views.

Amazing stay

Family of four (two adult children). Plenty of privacy. Amazing views. Lauren was very helpful at check in and with suggestions for charters to BVI. Kitchen was well stocked. We stayed at the house more than we expected because it was just too nice to leave. Drive to Cruz Bay and supermarket was easy. Perfect for families with teens and groups of adults. Will definitely stay here again.

Better than could have imagined.

Two sets of parents and our kids get engaged on the beach. Could not have been a better vacation. The house was truly amazing and suited our needs perfectly. The rooms are set up for privacy but the common area proved to be a welcoming gathering area. The quality of the kitchen pots, pans, dishes and bar ware was excellent. The washer and dryer was top notch. The linens and towels were great. The beds and pillows were very supportive. The home was very warm and cozy and we immediately felt comfortable. Also we were surprised to find spices, oil, foil, ketchup and the list goes on and on. Tori & Lauren from the management company could not have done a better job. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this home for adult couples.

Great House!!

The house was great for us as a family of 4 with two teens. Everybody had their own space and then a common kitchen/living area. Location was great overlooking the bay and was easy getting into Cruz Bay and up to Centerline and Coral Bay as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely villa - amazing views, exactly as listed

We hope to stay here again. We traveled as three young adult couples and found the layout perfect for our group. Hard to beat the view. The drive from cruz bay to the villa was very manageable. The property management team was helpful. Looking forward to our next stay!
