We invite you to stay in our gorgeous ocean view 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo at Honua Kai! Enjoy the sparkling blue water views from the lanai and also from the bedroom, bringing a total sense of relaxation to your time on Maui.

🌺 Our unit is one of the largest 1 bedrooms at the resort.

Well-equipped with a full kitchen, a king size bed in the master bedroom, queen size pull out sofa in the living room, shower and separate tub in our large bathroom, and dining accommodations for up to 4 guests.

🌺 Recently remodeled with new interior paint and tile flooring. New 55" Smart TV in the living room and a 42" Smart TV in the bedroom. new living room sofa, chairs, coffee table and end tables.

🌺 Our unit has an additional entrance to the lanai right off the bedroom. So when someone is occupying the sofa sleeper you can enjoy your lanai from the master bedroom without disturbing them. Most units do not have this option.

🌺 Bar stools in the kitchen counter for additional seating. Most other condo's don't have the extra room and seating.

🌺 Vitamix blender in the kitchen to make your smoothies and specialty drinks.

🌺 We are happy to furnish 2 beach chairs, small cooler, a child's pack & play, booster seat and umbrella stroller, for the convenience of our guests. We also provide beach towels.

Should you chose to take in the tropical Maui air throughout the evening, the spacious lanai also includes a table with 4 chairs to enjoy an unforgettable dinner while you drink in sunset views over the water.

Honua Kai has all the luxury resort amenities that you could hope for while on vacation. Check out the Spa.

There are 4 pristine pools, all located a simple 1 minute walk across the lush landscaping and beach path from the soft sand of Maui's North Kaanapali Beach.

Maui in May

Beautiful condo and the perfect resort! All amenities were wonderful- we did some cooking, sat on the lanai with an ocean view, and loved the many resort pools. Highly recommend!

Amazing vacation

Everything was wonderful. The host was very communicative and responded within a timely mannor. The condo was well equipped with what we needed and was in a good location! Multiple food spots within walking distance if you don't want to drive and a super market about 2 blocks away. There is also a food truck park about 2 blocks away with lots of options. The place was exactly as described. Easy check in/ check out process!. Over all great experience. Would stay again!

Clean, large, gracious, well-appointed property

We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely residence. It is large, clean, very comfortable, uncluttered and with attractive furnishings and excellent appliances. Also, a great deck with view of the ocean. Well-maintained. No complaints here.

This had it all!!

Great location, lovely grounds and roomy 1 bedroom condo with diagonal view of beach from lanai. Even supplies of cooler and baby stroller, pac n play and booster chair we used when granddaughter and family came over!!!

Great stay for our family

The condo at Honua Kai was perfect for our family of 4. It was spacious than others we've stayed at with a really large bathroom. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Love the nanny doors to the balcony that you can completely open. Enjoyed the partial ocean view. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The pool was great - especially for the kids. Duke's on site restaurant was wonderful and it was nice having a little convenience store on site.

Beautiful retreat for a long stay in Maui!

We loved this property! We have never been to Maui before and Bob put us at ease with his consistent communication. The property had all of the same resort access and we loved the condo lifestyle. It was fully stocked with all amenities you’d need. The view off of the living room was a dream- we loved soaking in this view every morning. The location was also perfect- close to restaurants (walking distance), food trucks, shopping, and a grocery store. It was also right on the beach. Highly recommend!!

Relaxing Stay in Paradise

We loved Bob’s condo. The location is central to everything in NW Maui. We enjoyed the walking path along the ocean for morning jogs and the convenience of having Times grocery store across the street. It’s great to have all the resort amenities like sundries shop, gym, on-site restaurant, poolside food and beverage service and rentable cabanas. The beach is lovely and fairly protected from waves. The snorkeling is pretty good and we saw sea turtles every day. The condo is well equipped with everything you need to cook and we loved having the shared bbqs to make dinner in the evenings while watching the sunset. The one thing I wasn’t crazy about was the patio overlooked the beach public access parking lot and on several occasions we woke up to vagrants roaming around in the lot, local police and fights. Not sure if this is a regular thing or just our bd luck while we were there.

Great condo for small family

We loved the condo for our family of five. The one bedroom condo was a good size for us. We have two young kids and an infant. Our infant slept in the provided crib in our room, and the other two shared the pull out couch. We loved the lanai doors and ate dinner on the deck each night. The pools and slide were amazing, much more extensive than we expected. The only part that was below our expectations was the view from the room. You can see the ocean but you are not looking right at it. Directly in front is an access road, trees, then another building a bit further away. Overall though we highly recommend the place, and we hope to be back.

Great Ocean View!

This condo was all that we'd hope it be when we booked our two week vacation. It is very welcoming and cozy and the wall of windows to the lanai was perfect for enjoying the evening breezes. The location was great for us there are many restaurants and a great shopping area quite close as well as several beaches for swimming, snorkeling or watching the sunset. Much is in walking distance for the more adventurous. The pools on the grounds were quite enjoyable and the grounds are immaculate and gorgeous. It is any easy drive to all of the places we wanted to see on Maui. Many evenings we enjoyed sitting on the lanai watching the sunset and each morning we enjoyed our coffee on the lanai taking in the ocean views. I would definitely rent this condo again and would recommend it to anyone! Don't hesitate it goes fast. Mahalo

Absolutely Beautiful Maui Condo

This condo was a perfect destination for the five night Maui portion of our trip to Hawaii! The Honua Kai resort is in a wonderful and convenient location amongst a number of other upscale hotels and condos. The resort appeared to be one of the nicest and had the best outdoor amenities. The pools and grounds were clean and beautiful with lush landscaping and although it was a bit crowded, we never had trouble finding chairs by one of the pools. The beach is beautiful too and the condo has all you need to spend a comfortable day on the beach. I enjoyed morning walks along the boardwalk that extends from the Honua Kai past the other resorts along the ocean. The lobby area is updated and inviting. Bob shared detailed and helpful information before our arrival and remained available if we had any questions or issues during our stay. The condo is exactly as pictured on VRBO - spotlessly clean with plenty of space and beautiful views from the patio and bedroom. The furnishings were very comfortable and in excellent condition. The kitchen was well-stocked and although we chose not to cook during our stay, we really liked having all the conveniences of a full kitchen. It was also very helpful to have the ability to do laundry in the unit. The only inconvenience we experienced was an inability to find a parking space in the underground garage when we returned after the evening out on the island. We were able to park in an outdoor guest parking area without any problem, so this was a minor issue that did not impact our overall happiness with the condo. We would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you Bob and family for the excellent communication and the opportunity to stay in your beautiful condo! Mahalo!

The condo was very clean and the location was excellent. We love Dukes restaurant on site. The ocean view didn’t seem quite as good as the pictures led on, but I think that’s probably attributed to tree growth.

Best resort on Maui

I have stayed at Honua Kai many times. All units, including this one, have been amazing.Everything you need is here. No need to leave the property if you don't want to. Having Duke's restaurant on the property is also very convenient. I would stay in this unit again. Very clean and the check in process was super easy.

Love this place!

Wow! Loved this place so much!! It was perfect. The owners made it so easy and were so responsive to all my questions. We were traveling with a 2year old and baby and they provided a pack and play, huge help!! They had beach chairs and a cooler for us to use. The whole process was amazing. So many details which is so helpful. The open doors was so nice to let fresh sea air in, the view was beautiful (saw whales) the pools at this property are top notch. I will definitely be reaching out to the owners again for a future stay! Highly recommend this property!!

Family trip to Maui

We had the best time time staying at the Honda Kai. The condo had everything we needed and more. The hosts were great at communicating and quick to get back to us with the few questions that we had. We hope to come back soon!

Wonderful experience

Beautiful resort style condo in a gorgeous setting. Bright unit with great energy. Although not front ocean view, the view was spectacular from the balcony. The owner Bob was extremely responsive and thoughtful. We will definitely be back!!
