About this property

Ideal for 2 couples 4 children (2 adults and 1 room 4 children) or 6 adults.
At the gates of the Ecrins National Park (200m).
This cottage is an old barn completely renovated in 2008.
The living room is on the 1st floor. It is through with east balcony and west terrace. 2nd floor bathroom, master bedroom and children's room. In the 3rd a pretty mezzanine (access by the room of children)
In DRC a large storage space for your business (bicycles, ski etc. ..)

The hameau des gourniers is located at the bottom of a valley. This is the last hammer. The only business is a restaurant. The nearest shops are at the resort of réallon (bar tobacco, bread deposit, proxy 20 min) or chorges (25 min, all shops)

Many hiking and mountain biking from the cottage.

Séjour très agréable à la montagne !

Un chalet très mignon situé en pleine nature au départ de randonnées de tous niveaux. Une escapade loin de la ville qui fait du bien ! Très bonne literie, châlet tout équipé !

Vacances au vert déconnectees

Une impression de bout du monde à 50 m des pistes de ski de fond dans un hameau on ne peut plus paisible. Gîte simple mais confortable et suffisamment équipé, adapté pour une grande famille ou une famille et un couple car la mezzanine est ouverte sur la chambre enfants. Excellent séjour. En hiver prévoir des pneus neige.

Appartement chalet très bien rénové et bien équipé

L'emplacement est top. Les équipements de l'appartement sont très fonctionnels et agréables. Le gérant est très réactif. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Nous avons passé 4 jours superbe ,le chalet est spacieux et confort (tout y est) et une bonne literie également conforme à l’annonce.Clément a su répondre aux questions le Chalet se retrouve un peu éloigné de la station de reallon 20min environ mais quel plaisir ce petit hameau!!! Cela vaut largement les quelques minute pour rejoindre la station ,c’ est juste splendide des départs de rando pédestre et VTT ou ski de font au départ du chalet .... merci Clément nous avons passé un superbe moment !
