Villa 75m ² new (under construction) fully air conditioned located in the town of Solaro (20240) in a plain in a private property consisting of 3 villas on a plot of 5000m ² with oaks and olive trees.
3km from the village of Travo where you will find (super market, post office, doctor, physio, pharmacy, dentist, tobacco, bakery), 6km from the village of Solenzara and its marina, 34km from the needles of Bavella and its river, 42km from Porto-Vecchio and its beautiful beaches, 71km from Bonifacio and its cliffs, 75km from Corte and its hikes, 66km from Figari airport, 84km from Bastia-Poretta airport, but without forgetting only at 1,5km from Solaro beach.
The villa consists of a living room of 38m ² overlooking a covered terrace of 30m ² where you can enjoy your meals and enjoy the garden.
The fully equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, induction hob, vacuum cleaner, microwave, washing machine, as well as plenty of storage space for all the dishes you will need during your stay.
Two rooms of 10 and 12m ² equipped with a bed in 160cm X 200cm bedding Dorsom, as well as large wall cupboards.
The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, a vanity unit, a towel dryer and a toilet.
An independent WC with its washbasin.
Internet is everywhere thanks to the Wi-Fi but also to the wired Ethernet network available in every room of the house.
You will find a third sleeping sofa convertible Diva Hypnos Dunlopillo 140cm X 200cm mattress in the living room that can accommodate two additional people, your comfort will be identical to the other beds.
The dining area consists of a large table and six chairs.
Linen is provided by a laundry included in our rates
No need at your arrival to stop in a grocery store for the necessities all await you there already !!
