HI! We are Michele and Nick Follger. That other lovely gal in the photo is our daughter who is now married and working as a nurse. That fluffy friend is sadly no longer with us. But we have a stunt double for her named Molly who is keeping us company now. They look so much alike, we didn't need to update the photo.
Nick is a lifelong professional photographer and an avid hiker. He even climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro a few years back. Michele is a Realtor in Washington State, was a lifelong tennis player and now is a Pickleball fanatic.
We both love to renovate homes and have thoroughly enjoyed the process of bringing this terrific rancher back to life. We hope you love it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property
We have visited the Phoenix area for several years to enjoy the great weather and visit family. About 3 years ago, Michele discovered Pickleball and it has changed her and therefore our lives. Pickleball was certainly a driving force in our purchase of this home. But the hiking, biking and all the other recreation activities available really sealed the deal.
What makes this property unique
We've tried to provide everything that you would need to enjoy your stay. If we've missed something that you can't live with out we'll see what we can do to provide it for you. It is important to us that you enjoy your stay, so we are available if you need anything.
