Seul accès et entrée de lumière : baie vitrée

Perros-Guirec est très touristique mais l'appartement est sombre, la cour n'est pas vraiment utilisable : passage des locataires du dessus et boulevard passant devant. Mais surtout, le seul accès est la baie vitrée donc vous ne pouvez pas fermer le store quand vous sortez. Et surtout, le store fermé pendant la nuit peut être gênant en cas de panne voire dangereux en cas d'incendie. La propriétaire devrait légalement revoir ce problème d'accès.

Beau sejour

Petit remarque sur le canapé-lit un peu petit et très dur ,sinon rien à redire sur le reste du logement c est très agréable et proche de tout les commerces
