A private eco villa located facing the ocean in beautiful Marigot Bay St. Lucia. Blu Epiphany Villa is perched on a hillside with expansive wide ocean views and the lush green hillsides. The villa is private and sits above a picturesque swimming /snorkeling cove called Trou Rolland or Fishermans Cove. Marigot Bay and all the restaurants/nightlife and yacht marina is a 5 min drive or 20 minute walk from the villa. The villa is 2 bedrooms and 2 ensuite bathrooms each with private enclosed outdoor rain showers with ocean views. The long 40-foot deck stretches across the front of the villa and offers a birds-eye view of the yachts as they pass by to enter Marigot Bay Harbor and marina. On a clear day, you can blow a kiss to Martinique in the distance! Enjoy a cup of fresh coffee and listen to the ocean breeze through the surrounding lush vegetation and palm trees. After a day of touring pour an evening cocktail sit on the deck and gaze at the stars. Leave the wooden windows open or screened windows to the sounds and rhythm of the tree frogs and the sea. We are an eco villa. Traditional wood doors and harvesting rainwater with filtration is used.

The Villa is located near Marigot Bay but up windy unpaved roads. We rented a car and drove to dinner/activities daily. The property has great views and we enjoyed the pool.

Million dollar views

The property has an excellent location. Perfect for those who want to avoid the buzz of resorts and crowds. For some getting to the property might be a challenge due to road conditions, but that's a part of the whole island experience. The plants, flowers were magnificent. We enjoyed eating outside and using the plunge pool. The inside of the property is not modern but definitely has its charm. We would consider coming back.

Staying here was amazing. Location is wonderful. You are able to be away from the commotion of crowds, but still close enough to get anywhere you want, within a reasonable time. The view is breathtaking. Highly recommend this Villa.

Just stunning sea views from everywhere in the villa. Beautiful wildlife in a private peaceful location. Joanne was very very helpful from start to finish with nothing too much trouble. Be prepared for a steep walk up from the cove nearby but worth it as it’s a lovely very private beach.

Perfect in every way

We stayed at Blu Epiphany for 21 days beginning March 23 and into April 2023. It was sweet and had everything you would want. It's location in Marigot Bay is ideal. Large property and very pretty gardens. Private pool was a delight. Romantic at night to star gaze. Not a regular run of the mill resort. Really lovely!

Villa review

The villa was a nice introduction to the island and their way of living. The ocean breeze helped to keep you cool at night and during the day. The villa has everything from cooking to grilling. There are a few restaurants that deliver if you don’t want to do either or if you don’t want to leave the property. The outdoor showers were beautiful touch. The only thing I would recommend is more lighting in the open areas of the yard. It’s really dark and there are no street lights in that area. Also, a tv would be nice just to see what’s happening on the island.

First out country since covid

We found the Blue Epiphany was pictured as we expected. It was very relaxing and the location provided good options for dining, snorkeling, and location to attractions. The host was exceptionally responsive and the personal that assist were great. We cooked some meals at the villa as well as eating out at recommended places from host. The 12 nights we spent at Blue Epiphany were great but the days there in the pool and sun, reading books, and looking at ocean were even better. If you are going to drive get a vehicle with all wheel drive as it will work best. Thanks for a great place to unwind.

St. Lucia

The property was amazing, we had a great time, except it is not wheelchair accessible as the owner told us, due to the rocks sticking out of the concrete on the path leading to the front door. Anyone with mobility issues will not like this path. We had a conversation with Joanne, who reassured us it was accessible, but in fact, it's very difficult both going out and coming in. Other than that, it was great!

Villa was poor by European standards, basic. Owner didn't tell us about major building work behind and to the side. Offered compensation but never paid it. Location would be quiet and peacfull, but not going forward. Road to villa is for confident drivers.

Absolutely breath taking view!

Villa Blue Ephiphany I so beautiful! The views from the deck are amazing! The villa is cozy and has beautiful tall ceilings with special touches throughout! Joanne was so helpful with our plans before and after we arrived! She helped me line up transportation to and from the airport, line up a car for us and made sure everything we needed was available! Remy is a great person to have drive us to the villa! He was so upbeat and friendly! And her host Mary was wonderful as well! There is not air conditioning but we didn’t need it! The breeze off of the ocean makes it perfect! If you stay here make sure you put bread out on the deck, I had so many birds take the bread, They would let me know when I needed to put more out, and they would get very close! I would recommend Blue Ephiphany in a heartbeat! We will be back!!

Wonderful

Blu Epiphany is wonderful! The view is beautiful, and the villa is nice. We enjoyed reading our books on the couch outside by the pool and alternating reading and swimming and just enjoying the view. It was a nice quiet private location to really relax. There is a lovely cove not far down the hill from the villa and it had amazing snorkeling and we were the only ones there at the time. The villa restaurant just down the road will come and pick you up with a golf cart so you don’t have to drive up and down the rough road up to the villa and the food and the view was great! The only downside to Blu Epiphany was not having air conditioning in the bedrooms. It got hot and stuffy and you couldn’t keep the windows open bc of the mosquitos and the fans alone were not enough to make it cooler for sleeping. Adding air con to the bedrooms would make this place absolutely perfect! Joanne was quick to respond to messages and was very helpful. Overall we had an absolutely lovely time!

A Rainbow Every Morning

Even though we were delayed getting the cottage by over an hour Mary was still there waiting for us and even arranged for a ride to a restaurant since it was so late. The cottage is just as described. Very comfortable for two. Very private. The view is excellent and as the mist blew over the mountains we got a rainbow almost every morning. Our host was very responsive if contacted about a few small things. Marigot Bay is as pretty as we remembered and be sure to try the new restaurant, The Villa, that very close by. Best feature - The double doors you could open to the view across the hills to the ocean. Biggest negative - The last 100 meters of the road to the cottage was very bad due to some construction equipment working nearby. Probably only a temporary problem but I strongly suggest a 4 wheel drive for the added ground clearance.

Beautiful views and refreshing nature sounds

We truly enjoyed our stay here in the Blu Epiphany! It was nice to wake up in the morning , open the doors, and enjoy the breeze and views over fisherman’s cove. It was extremely rainy the first half of our trip so I would suggest bringing an umbrella and bug spray since the mosquitos were relentless at night. We did not find any bug spray until two days before our week long stay so we were covered in bites, but you can find some in the sunscreen section at Massys Culdesac. If you are planning on spending more than two nights here be sure to bring plenty of cash and US dollars preferably since EC money will go quickly. The closest true grocery store is Massys and I highly suggest trying to get everything you need from there because the villa and island in general is quite remote. If you rent a car be very careful on the roads because they are narrow and due to the rains there were a few mudslides and potholes on the windy mountain roads. Drive slow, be safe, and pull over to let people pass rather than try to speed with the locals. We rented a Suzuki Jimney and it was great for the road at the villa and through the mountains. Crystal the housekeeper was amazing! she came around every two days to tidy up around 9 or 10 am. We also loves the outdoor shower in the mornings! We weren’t sure how to get to the cove, but my girlfriend is six months pregnant so I doubt she could’ve walked to it anyways if it was only by trail.We would love to come back and appreciated the hospitality

This is an extremely special location, view and feature amenities. The small, gorgeous, perfect pool with waterfall overlooking the ocean, the beautiful deck extended off the entire back side of the house and huge, beautiful doors and windows that open on all sides of the house, and two outdoor showers—all in a totally secluded and serene location in nature, for me make this one of a kind. A little paradise. The design of the house and beds and bathrooms and kitchen are all really wonderful. Have a great feel and very well designed. I cooked over half of my meals there at the house. All managers and owners of the property are great to interact with. This is your own private retreat in paradise. This is not an all inclusive luxury resort on the main road. This house is IN nature, with ocean views, breezes, sounds and bird and frog sounds etc. at the forefront. It is special, and the price is a great value.

The guest house is in a beautiful spot overlooking the water. There are nice flowers and wildlife. Friendly birds and hummingbirds greeted us every morning on the deck. A few mosquitoes, but not too bad. Only had to use bug repellent a couple times. The pool is welcoming to take cooling dips. The furniture is tired, but wasn't a problem. The house is comfortable and very clean. The area is quiet. The bed was comfortable. We slept well and a few times it rained in the night making a soothing sound on the metal roof. We loved the outdoor shower! We used the Bluetooth speaker a few times to play music. The wifi was good. A bat flew in one night. We turned off the inside lights and turned on the outside light and it went right out. The kitchen is acceptably outfitted. The blender has a 2-prong Euro plug, so fortunately I had an adapter for drinks. The restaurants are not great, so we cooked in a couple times. West Indies curry with ingredients we foraged at the Castries market. Another night we used the grill. We got lots of fruit along the roads. Promise market and the market on the left in Cul-de-sac were very good.We ate at The Villa and Chateaux Mygo, both just okay. Nothing special. The bakery on Waterfront road makes delicious patties. Mells Hideaway was was entertaining local flavor. Dukes at Gros Islet Friday street party is delicious. Also, the stalls at Castries Market. There's no washer in the house, though it's listed. No problem. We'd stay here again!

Our island home. Simple and sweet set upon a hill. Nature at the door and emerging newer gardens. The roads are rougher so a higher wheel base suv car is highly recommended.

Set on a hill. A small eco villa created with love. A salt water plunge pool to refresh. We are private enough to view the stars but close enough to fabulous dinners in the bay.
